I give this an overall five star review because this little thing works great. The AC went out in my office building and it gets HOT in there. I bought this little AC unit because of the price. My office is pretty big and we have NO AC in there and giant windows that draw in the hot sun. This little unit have saved me from cooking. It is pretty powerful for the size but it can still get warm when the temps are high and we have full sun. I don't blame the unit, its been 90 plus degrees and 75% or more humidity. I have to drain a five gallon bucket I am using for it every 24 hours or it overflows. Crazy good at dehumidifying.I am able to keep my office at around 40% humidity and 75-80 degrees with this unit. Without it, I am at about 60% humidity and 85-90. Room is about 12x15.

I liked how this air conditioner is smaller and lighter but yet still cools well. Unfortunately the hose tube and window attachment are loose so I have to use a lot of masking tape around both the hose tube and the window attachment because there are gaps. The hose doesn't want to stay put in the window attachment so I put extra masking tape around it each time as well. So it is convenient in size and weight. It works well to cool the room. However it takes a little extra time, masking tape, and effort to set it up. For the price, it is worth it!

Almost a year out since we purchased this unit, and it has not disappointed. Very easy to use, fairly quiet, and does extreamly well at cooling an uninsulated sunroom. Would purchase again.

The media could not be loaded.  Hey all. I would pass on this one. Got this on prime day to cool an upstairs bedroom. To start the way the product came to my house was in a really shabby looking box. Then the assembly of the machine was simple but some parts were not clear and kind of confusing so looked up online how to do it from other products. Third the machine was extremely loud (see video above) that’s from the first plug in. I called support and they informed me over the phone that the noise is not right and I got a refund and will be returning the old machine. Not even trying to get a new one of this product cause it will take over a month and the cooling was not great anyway took 6 hours to drop a room temperature 7°. And two other things there was no window sealing or anytime of stripes to help secure the window exhaust and the “adjustable” window exhaust plate needed to be cut to fit in the window.

I purchased this unit to help keep my dog cool while I'm at work. When delivered, the unit was upside down so I let it put it right side up and let it sit for 24 hours for the fluids to readjust. The set up was quite easy, except I had a little trouble with the attaching the hose to the window unit, but that might have been user error. The AC is very cool, however, after running for a minute, it stop running and the fan doesn't turn on. I tried again thinking it was on the timer, but still shut off within a couple of minutes. I turned the fan function on and it worked continuously without errors. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with the AC function or if it's user error. I want it to work!

Really cools my bedroom down so it’s nice and cold when I go to bed, which is how I like to sleep. The remote allows me to control the unit without having to get up out of my bed, so convenient. The machine isn’t exactly quiet but not too loud either. I don’t mind a little white noise while I sleep but if you don’t like noise you may need to take that in to consideration. Overall 5/5

Unit is compact, not too large. It was super easy to set up...expect for the window exhaust. That was tricky to setup and required 2 people, weather stripping, and some ability to improvise. Once set up, it delivered cool A/C to my home as needed. No leakage and no other issues to report. This has been used for 30 days+ and it works great. Oh...and it doesn't make a lot of noise...it is similar to a window unit.
