I was really excited get this futon. It was delivered January 7th. Upon unboxing it was alot smaller than I had thought it was but I really liked it and staid it would be okay & I'll make due. Today January 22nd upon sitting down with my coffee to log into lap top and do some work the entire leg broke off the futon. Very poorly made. Mind you I am only 120lbs and 5ft 1 inch. My hot coffee spilled everywhere and the fabric that the couch is made of split in the process of my ass hitting the ground. Highly disappointed in this product. Haven't even had it for an entire month and it doesn't even get everyday use. I have submitted a request for my money to be returned. Hoping they return my 200 dollars so I can go buy an old couch from the thrift store as older couches and futons are made much better. This is pretty much particle board, fluff, and cheap fabric stitched and glued together. I wouldn't waste the energy on it. I surely wouldn't if I had known this was going to happen.

My boyfriend and I bought this futon because, we are currently in college and needed a cheaper futon/couch option that was temporary until we graduate next year. It was easy to assemble which was awesome and it looked great as well. We both were very impressed and thought we got a good deal for the amount of money it cost. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for", is true. The second day we had it, my boyfriend sat on it and the leg on the end he was sitting on crumbled. We looked and the staples were coming out of the wood that was holding up the leg to the couch, plus the wood that was attaching the legs to the futon looked like it was splintering off. We ended up just taking off all of the legs and now, we just sit on the futon with no legs attached... It's actually more comfortable that way. I would say it looks great, but it is not sturdy and is super disappointing. You might as well spend more money for an actual couch or just have this as a visual piece, but not for actual use.

Wanted something for our toddlers to sit on while watching TV in the playroom. This totally fits the bill. Super easy to assemble. Also super easy to clean. Looks nice enough, as it doesn't radiate cheap unless you look REALLY close.Warning: its too small to sit on for any adult over about 5 foot 6 inches, so please don't think this will be something you'll use in your adult living room. Also, using it as a bed will not get a lot of rave reviews from your overnight guests -- definitely too hard and too short for that!

So. I ordered this love seat and it showed up really fast. I was so excited to come home and set it up. When I opened the box, everything was packaged well. The little parts were stored in a zipper underneath the couch. The arm rest cushions and legs were nestled away, but the screws to attach the legs were missing. I contacted the seller and they immediately worked on a solution. While waiting for the delivery, I decided to look at a hardware store to match the missing screws. It turns out they are an unusual size and very hard to find in my little town. I gave that up just as the replacement showed up. To my surprise, they sent an entirely new couch. I thought it would be cheaper to just send the screws, but whatever.I assembled the new one in just minutes. One of the screw holes was drilled in the wrong place. Oh well, the other screws seem to be holding up well. I tucked the couch into place and sat down to relish in my sweat inducing labor of screwing in 7 screws. Seemed nice until I pulled down the middle part that has the cup holders. I guess the quality department doesn't open those up because, while looking fine when closed, it opens with a slant. A pretty drastic one, actually. I wasn't about to complain about it out of fear they would send yet another couch. Two sub-par love seats is more than enough for me.Look.... don't buy this unless you just want something to fill a void that looks stylish. It's not sturdy. It's not well built. It's not even comfortable. But, it sure does look nice.

It's just the right size for my room, not too large. I love the white color and the vinyl plastic. I use it as bed at night and the firmness is good for my back.

Shipping package sucks!! Ordered 2 on separate occasions. Both times it was delivered damaged.Put it on my yacht. Don’t have to worry about wet bathing suits etc…
