These are really great. They can save a life in seconds. Easy to use for children and use on elderly. No set up, no wait time. I would put one in the diaper bag when going out to eat and in my purse when I take Grandma out to eat and she chokes.

Luckily I have not had to use this item. Seem well made. I did a mock session with it and was very surprised at the strength of suction this provides. I am comfortable having these in case of an emergency

I gifted these to my God daughter and God son. They have children. I hope they never need these but at least they have them. I told them to be sure that children know how to use!!!

I haven't had to use it so I cannot say anything about how it works. The picture of it is misleading. There are 2 pieces in the package but it is not packaged as the picture. There is one zip up bag and inside are two Ziploc bags with a product in each one.When I ordered these I don't notice that each device were different sizes. They are size small and extra small. I realized this when I read the instructions that came with the product. It shows there are four sizes. However, when I ordered it there was no place to order different sizes and reading the advertising I assumed they were for adults. SO BE AWARE THESE ARE NOT FOR ADULTS. IF YOU NEED ADULT SIZE ORDER A DIFFERENT BRAND OR CHECK THE SIZE YOU NEED. I don't have any children around me so I will gift it to a family with children.

After a friend's grandson choked in their house, I decided to have these lifesaving devices in mine. I have one upstairs and one downstairs for quick retrieval. Hope I never have to use them but feel better knowing I have them. Everyone should.

I have yet to understand why they sent me a small and extra small. Do not recall seeing a choice. These are useless to me.
