I use this back support while doing working outside, heavy work, and it’s greatly reduced the pain I would have at the end of the day.

This was a gift for a family member with a tough job and back pain. She says it fits exactly, it adjusts as described and is already helping with stability and pain. A wonderful product and I get to be the hero. Company was responsive and helpful to the max. We'll be back to shop with them again.

Love the fit, design and the relief from the pain! It just arrived and even though I spend an additional $4.00 for the Violet colored one as I wanted to wear it under light colored shirts, I received a black one. I will not be returning it as it feels great on me! So don't waste the $$ on a specific color be grateful for the relief!

Have had back surgery in the past and not completely pain free. This is by far the best back brace that I personally have purchased because of the support that it provides. You can control the degree of support that you need. It is easy to put on and remove unlike others. Strong Velcro so it stays where you put it and doesn’t come open. Reasonably priced. A quality product. So glad I purchased it.

I suffer from sciatica flareups and have a couple of pinched nerves in my back. I work remotely which wreaks havoc on the human body if you’re sitting all day. This belt forces me to sit properly and because of that, I can usually head off a painful sciatic nerve flareup. Well made, comfortable, and sturdy!

Great concept but when I pull it tighter to support my back it pops right off. Needs heavier duty Velcro

with documented back issues I was in constant pain.thought I'd give this brace a try--nothing to lose since nothing else had helpedinstantly cut the pain down from a ten to a one. the brace easily adjusts while itson you and I didn't wear at night. Now i go for hours without any awareness of pain.it fits under clothing, or you can wear over clothing. I recommended it for a friendwho was also suffering from herniated disks and he got instant relief as I had.

I found this comfortable to wear, but I did get sweaty under it when working. I found it very comfortable to wear for motorcycling and helped me keep a better posture.
