Funny thing...I don't usually write reviews (despite relying on them myself). However, after reading this book, I couldn't help but. Each page bursts with empowering, encouraging messages that provide insightful and practical guidance for meaningful life transformations. It's inspiring and engaging, and its simplicity makes it easy to read w/relatable and digestible nuggets throughout. God's word and promises stand at the foundation of the book.There were powerful testimonies of brave people, allowing readers to gain an insight into how "getting up" is a personal choice and an attainable one. I liked how the author intertwined parallel Bible stories with today's real-life challenges. As part of the process of transforming your mindset, in addition to offering useful advice and strategies throughout the text, each chapter ends with a declaration and a prayer.
