What I loved most about using this was that it caught anything my toddler dropped and otherwise would’ve been a huge pain trying to retrieve off the airplane floor. My toddler loved having his feet supported. My only gripe is that it goes around the seat so you have to ask the person behind you for help to get it on and off.

I found out the seat pitch in economy on my flight is 31 inches (the space between the same spot on two chairs). I got out my measuring tape. Even allowing for the thickness of the airline seat, this hammock is a little shorter than what I had in mind for my toddler.On the plus side. The material is a nice canvas, which would be somewhat water resistant. The grippy dots on the bottom feel like they would keep this in place. The stitching all looks good. And the buckles and straps all feel sturdy. It's just a little too short, so I'm returning it.

The loop was too small for the airplane buckle to go through.We ended up not using the as my kids fell asleep before take off.

My husband raves about this after using it on an 6 hr red eye flight to nyc with our 18 mo daughter. Helped to keep her from sliding off the seat when unbuckled or off our laps. Provided a pretty cozy spot for her to lay down with a blanket spread under her. We propped our travel pillow for a bit of a head restIt can be a bit tricky to set up if your flying in economy on jet blue but we noticed the more leg room seating made it more taut like a hammockFolds down to where you could fit it in the front of a backpack pocket or a side pocket on the diaper bag

Doesn’t work at all. When you get on the plane, you realize you would have to attach it behind your seat and then that affects the person’s tray table and their pocket, so you really can’t attach it at all unless you went into their aisle and hooked it up, and also had their permission. Additionally, it’s not even long enough to cover the foot compartment. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this. I donated these.

I have a very active 22 month old. She had her own seat for the four flights of our trip and I was very worried about keeping her in one spot for so long, especially the 8 hour flight. This item worked as advertised, and when my daughter finally wore herself out, it was because of this seat extension that she was able to have a great nap.I chose this product specifically because it was less expensive than competitors but looked sturdy, and it is. The fabric is strong and one side has sticky grip dots so it wont slide around. When clipping it around the seat, it doesn't disturb the people behind the seat, although I did always turn around to confirm with them that they didn't mind my adding the strap. It was never a problem.

This sturdy and comfortable bed, which we finally got a chance to test, works well for very young children. It attaches to the back of the seat in front of you and the seat for the toddler. It easily supported a 1.5 year old and allowed them to get a decent nap during a flight.It's very short however, and the 1.5 year old was almost too big for it. Larger and/or older kids would have a tough time with this.

Good quality, easy to set up. I did not attach it to the back of the seat since there were people sitting behind us but I was able to place a pillow over it and it stayed fine.my daughter 1.5yo was able to sleep 4 hours straight. It is only for kids up to 2-3 years if they're small. Overall I am so happy I bought this for our trip.
