(Updated on 4/26/2023)I am making updates to my review as there has been continued communications with the seller, Auloor.The seller proactively reached out for ways to correct my concerns.- Seat issue: they will resend a new seat. I look forward to getting it!- Battery issue: the video link shared does not really solve the difficulty to insert and remove battery probably because of the folding requirements and initial stiffness of batter inserts. Battery, which seem universal for these kind of ebike model, generally could be challenging to remove and insert.- the front fender screw issue: Auloor offered me to take to a shop to fix and pay for any charges. I won’t be able to do that to find a shop and carry them out. So, I will either hand the fender joint hanging OR remove it. It maybe ok without it if you don’t ride in the dirt.While my experience is still on going, because the customer service efforts Auloor is making I would change the overall rating to be 4 now. Will update once all ongoing issues are completed again.————————————————(Original review on 4/21/2023)We had rented ebike for trail ride during vacation which was a great experience for me and my son. That bike looked like a regular mountain bike but had battery power assist or throttle - I think it was an older version of Averton brand.Learning that ebikes are too heavy to carry on a roof rack, we decided to try a foldable ebike which we received today. Here are my thoughts which will be against my experiences on the rental ebike.-Product material quality: medium/cheap quality. As seen in the images, parts came with minor damages. Some parts seems to chip off easily during assembly (ies. seat insertion). The front fender needs to be screwed together with headlight, but the side bolts that are already in place are too tight that my power tools were useless to unscrew - I gave up. Battery pack, especially when you have to fold the bike and keep them in stable somehow, is very hard to remove and and slide in - 12yrs old boy couldn’t take out so I had to use enough force to do so. (Updated 4/23/2023: after a few removal and inserts, my kid is now able to do it by himself. Maybe 4DW can help too)- product assembly: recommend two people. This is heavy bike. When assembling front wheel, I ended up having my wife help me to fit them without damaging disk brakes.- ride quality: underwhelming. If I didn’t experience the rental Averton, I might have been ok. Nevertheless, the electric support when pedaling doesn’t feel smooth. Fat tire and the weight of the bike seem to make it difficult use for rides without any electric support. The seats are not comfortable the springs in the seats make them move quirky - i wish they just made it firm so I don’t feel like the seat will break eventually.- Other Cons: LCD screen is small and looks cheap. Headlight swith is + gear button (3sec), which isn’t intuitive that I had to explain to everyone trying the bike. EUY logo is too large (i see some reviewers painting over them).- Pros: reasonable price. good enough to use locally.My guess is most of the foldable ebikes seen in Amazon are from a few same factories in China with different brandings, so I do not think the comments I made are particularly bad for EUY brand but most of the similar shape, materials, and priced ebikes promoted in Amazon.

I rarely write reviews but this bike deserves one. For the price, I am confident this is the best e-bike on the market.1. I put this together by myself in about 10-15 minutes. Just the front fender and wheel need to be assembled. It was professionally packed.2. I tested by GPS and was able to achieve speeds of 29 MPH and I weigh 165 lbs. I am sure it will easily hit 30 with someone lighter.3. We have been using daily and have had zero issues. The battery seems to easily last as long as the manufacturer promises.4. It is full of nice features like the digital speedometer/odometer, electric horn, bright headlight/tail light, smooth shifting gears, a lightweight/folding design and suspension. Honestly it is hard to understand how you can get all this for the price.5. When I did have a question, the customer service was top notch and very quick to respond.6. We enjoyed this bike so much, we purchased a second one already. Our neighbors love it as well and I think we will be seeing a lot more of these around here.I would highly recommend.

Let me start of off and say, I appreciate the great effort this seller gave to try and make this experience better. Bike was shipped fast and packaged very well. I love the look & feel of this bike. Warehouse forgot to put battery & charger in box. I contacted the seller, they sent missing parts right away. The Bike works now...**Edit 9/10/2022**The Bike does NOT go 30 MPH. They have the tire size in the settings set to 24" the correct tire size in the settings should be set to 22". I've used a GPS speedo, and the bike barely goes 28 MPH. don't believe the hype. In order to go 30 MPH with a 750 watt motor (which this has), it would have to be rockin a 52v battery. This is only 48v.

I've had this bike for a week. For the most part, it's lots of fun. My greatest issue is that on level one the Pedal Speed Assist jumps to 13 mph while you're pedaling, which is way too fast. I haven't had the nerve to even try the higher levels. I've watched many YouTube videos but none have addressed the issue or how to change it and I've sent an email but so far no reply. I'll keep you posted. I'd give it a 5 star if I could figure out how to adjust the PSAUpdate: I was contacted by Customer service on how to adjust the Pedal Assist Speed. It's in the programing on the controller, unfortunately you do not get any instructions with the bike how to change settings with in the controller. Now the bike stays about 7.5 mph level 1, 9.2 level 2, 11 level 3, 13 level 4 and 15.5 level 5 which is fast enough for me.

For only $799, spectacular purchase. Bike arrived in just a few days and in perfect condition, put 50 miles on it this weekend. Only took about 15 minutes to assemble. Very sturdy and compact for travel. I have a couple other non folding bikes that cost 2k. I prefer the ride on this better. I did upgrade the seatpost to a suspension post and it rides so smooth!! (suntour sp12 and a Seatpost shim-27.2 to 33.9mm)

I've had this bike for about a month and have got it up to 30mph pretty easily on hard surfaces. Folds up so easy to transport, and really like the folding pedals. I had an issue with the battery case cracking and notified the seller, and they immediately sent out a replacement - very happy with their responsiveness!

I love this bike. There is a little problem I'm trying to figure out. Sometimes while riding it accelerates on its own. I'm going to call the seller to inquire.

This bike is amazing. It’s a nice size and rides really well. The only thing I don’t like is there is no cut off switch where it can’t be driven if i cut it off.

Description should read” POLYESTER BLEND” as 70% POLYESTER., only 30% COTTONBlack/ white DAISEY came in different packaging than Blue Tie dyed. DAISEY fit tighter. Both XXLMay have to return.

Colours as shown...very nice.

After washing the product in cold water and drying it is very thigh i would not recommend this housecoat when i receive it fit perfect but when you wash it get smaller not worth the money .Lise Smith
