Does everything that it should do. Can just tell it’s not LG quality. But no complaints, great replacement option

This is NOT a genuine LG manufactured remote. The good news is that the seller does not claim it to be "genuine" or "original" unlike other sellers. The remote has NO LG markings of any kind, again unlike other fake/clone remotes sold on Amazon which have LG markings (but are clearly clone/fake).A fact which is mentioned in the description is that this remote has NO voice feature. This is no issue for me as I never used it on the original/genuine LG remote.A fact not clear is that this remote DOES support mouse/pointer movement, however it is supplied with a tiny USB BlueTooth dongle which has to be plugged into a USB port on the TV. It would be nice if this was made clear in the description and a photo of the dongle shown. At first I was puzzled as to what the tiny dongle was when I opened the package, but after I found that the pointer feature was not working, I figured out that the dongle had to be plugged into a USB port on the LG TV. After that the pointer feature works identically to the original/genuine magic remote.The clone is remarkably identical to the original in terms of shape. It just falls a tiny bit short of the original in a few not so important ways. The red LED which flashes on a keypress is dim. The wheel doesn't feel quite right (but still works OK). The two halves of my case aren't quite a perfect fit so I feel a sharp edge when held in my hand (this will wear down). All these are all MINOR niggles given the excellent value and unavailability of genuine LG magic remotes from LG.There is one area that is different to my UK magic remote. A few of the buttons are different. Again for me this is a non issue. The "bring up menu" button has moved to where the old "voice" button was. It just takes a little while to get used to as for me it was one of the most used buttons. The bottom 3 buttons on the original remote I never used, but an IMPROVEMENT on the clone remote they are "play" and "pause" which is brilliant, because it solves an issue with the Discovery+ app, where the on-screen play/pause is broken, but works perfectly with the play/pause buttons on this clone remote!!!So definitely value for money.My TV is a 2018 LG OLED model.Picture shows the clone on the left and my original on the right. The top is loose after I opened it to see if I could get the broken button to work (it was not easily repairable). I circled the buttons which are different.

The media could not be loaded. ,It states plug in and go, I have plugged the dongle in the back of the TV the cursor is not working the back button is not working please seller send a new one this item is faulty

As a replacement for the original LG remote this pretty much does the job as a short term measure. It comes with a USB receiver that plugs into the back of the TV.Issues I've found - the buttons feel a bit clunky and the pointer arrow appears to activate at the slightest touch of the remote.

Bought as a replacement after dog ate through original LG one. I didn’t want to spend the price or an original which in my mind is rediculous considering the price you pay for an LG tv.However this worked no problem, doesn’t have the mouse feature but it’s no big deal.Does the job for a fraction of the cost

Look very closely when buing this model, if you want voice search, it does not have one. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars across the board. Handset works well out of the box, no pairing required although you have to fit a dongle (supplied) in a usb port on your tv for the red dot to work. This was not a problem, I just think a note should be available pointing out NO Mic.

Compatible avec notre TV lg dont la roulette centrale ne fonctionnait plus. Par contre sacrément moins qualitative que la télécommande d'origine. Celle-ci est très légère
