This is a good product and I will NOT be returning it. However, the Amazon product description claimed it could heat liquids to 185 degrees Fahrenheit but when I tried to increase the temp beyond 150 degrees, the temp setting went back to the beginning (85 degrees). I can find no way to go beyond 150 degrees. Truth be told, 150 degrees Fahrenheit is sufficiently hot for me but I think 160 would have been even better but I will never know since it tops out at 150. For $90 the product is sufficiently good to keep but it could be improved to go beyond 150 degrees and have more than only 10 ounce capacity. I do not like ads that lie or I would have given it more than a 3 star rating.

The coffee mug is leaking at the push botton becuase of this I'm returning the product. The battery is okey. Refund my money or keep it, or replace it with same product or keep it. I paid $145.00 but ebay the cost is $95.00. Thank you, Sir.

Now that I finally figured out the directions which are thankfully on a sticker on the mug in both Chinese and a rather strange English, I love the heated mug and use it everyday, charging it overnight. I hope the rechargeable batteries will last for some time as they seem permanently attached to the mug. It seems to be not spilling in my backpack and the battery lasts all day. The 10oz size is the perfect size for me to last for many hours of drinking. It is much better than the Cauldryn mug that I tried out and returned because the battery only lasted 3 hrs and it had an enormous transformer on the charging cord. Temperature control is good. But rusted after about a month of use.

It is still early days but seems to work well. It feels sturdy and is shiny and clean. The buttons are a little finnicky to use but operation was easy to learn. My first test was to fill with hot water (the LCD said 82 Celcius) and I had a preset of 55 Celcius. It slowly cooled down to 55 and then proceeded to heat. Battery was still at half charge 12 hours later. In practice the tea would have been drunk well before then! It is a little heavy, and just holds 300 ml, but seems to work exactly as expected and we should get lots of good use out of it.

I love this! I like my coffee warm all the time and this keeps it warm for a while.

Love this cup! Keeps my coffee hot through several cups! Have tried other heated coffee cups and NONE work as good as this one does. Would highly recommend.

The interface of the product is very frustrating, you have to read the manual to learn how to raise and lower the temperature, they could have easily provided arrow buttons, instead you need to press the power for 2 seconds and then the settings button to go up, and then you have to click each time for every degree up. turn it on you need to press the power button three times repeatedly!! The product works well but we are going to return it because it is an agonizing experience just to warm a small drink. Also the product is tall but the water compartment is half the size.
