I initially thought that this was a awesome nozzle, because it sits behind the tip a little which lets you see your tip and the job great. I was welding some 7mm metal tonight and I changed out nozzles, because I saw that the one I was using was cracked I was in my second 2" weld and the new nozzle literally turned to liquid. I didn't think that would happen, but now I'm kind of hesitant to use any more of these.

Good quality, great price, and a lot

These plastic insulators are garbage. I want my money back. They break or crack as soon as the wire arcs against the steel when you weld. I tried two of these black plastic insulators and they both did the same thing. You can tell by how clean they are that I was not able to get any welding done with them before they broke. Complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the headache go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy their Lincoln two packs for $10. Hope this helps.

Heat resistant my hind leg! The first time I used this I was welding 1/16 inch thick steel, so the heat setting on my Lincoln SP 125 Plus welder was only about 1/3 of max. Even that was apparently way too hot because, as the picture shows, the heat resistant part melted. In the picture is also an un melted tip cover for comparison. What the picture doesn't show are the flames, the darn thing actually caught on fire. I would avoid buying this product. I'm sure some company makes a truly heat resistant tip cover for wire feed welders.
