Right away, it was noticeable that the packaging was in sorry shape. Once opened, my mat has a very bent corner which I was able to straitened out, but it also has several deep gouges in the mat on the black side. Thankfully the green side was ungouged, so I’m able to still use the mat. I am also missing all extra blades for the exacto knife. I checked for a small bag within the packaging, but could not find them. It’s likely that they fell out in transit.The items I did receive work quite well, though. The mat is thick and hefty, and the knife cuts well. The ruler is a bit flimsy, I have to say, but I planned on upgrading fairly soon anyway.

The heft of the mat is great. It's quite thick, double sided and is working well when I cut on it with my craft knife and or rotary cutter. The ruler however is kind of bendy. It's also actually too long as it hangs over the edge of my craft table when in use. The knife is your usual run of the mill exacto knife. Doesnt stay screwed together all the time so be careful. But it's a decent set. I'm happy with it all.

After contacting the seller, they said to look for the blades in a small container in a plastic bag - and indeed these blades were put in these tiny containers, which at first seemed like they only held one blade.Thank you for solving our query! Good and polite customer service.The only 1 star off is for the knife - it's a bit awkward for cutting fabric but it can be perfect for other materials like foam or paper.--------------------------------The matt looks sturdy and has both metric and imperial measurements hence an additional star. However, we will most likely be returning the product as it arrived with only 2 blades in a plastic ziplock bag instead of 11 as advertised in the description! How can you cheat customers like this???

Ok, first off, their marketing team is on point! Their customer service email was hilarious and fun but you won't get to read that unless you order something from them. Okay about the product I am very happy about it it is huge it is nice I have used it for crafting so far and it is very helpful. The exacto knife is very sharp and the ruler is perfect. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Arrived as stated on order. Product as described; totally self healing & double sided too. Heavy duty, can't imagine it ever needing replacing.

I have never had another mat like this one, so I don't know if this is the best make available or not, but I will tell you that I love it. This and a cutting wheel make cutting out pattern pieces so much easier and quicker. It was a GREAT purchase for sewing clothing.

Came with an art cutting tool and extra blades, a metal ruler. Items packages well. Would recommend this.
