Q: The sizes that there is here are Us size or EUR size?

US size. This runs big. I wear size 7.5 for open toe and size 8 for close. In this sandals there is no half sizes so I ordered 8. This runs big though. Size 7 may fir perfect should I ordered. Thanks

Q: Are the shoes waterproof?

Am not sure. I wore these on broad day light no rain or anything. So these were not gotten wet yet.
