the best purchase for my home demolition project
I had to gut the 2nd floor unit of my multi-family building. The Easy Chute was essential in doing so; it made the job go so much smoother, and more importantly--cleaner--I wasn't picking crap up all around the dumpster because my buddy dumped a barrel out the window with poor aim. As someone diving into a renovation on a budget, 100 bucks for a chute may seem like a high price to pay, but it makes it all worth it in the end. For what it's worth, I wish i bought 2 Easy Chutes; the main reason being is one chute would not enter into the dumpster form the 2nd floor (probably 9 ft from 2nd floor window to the TOP of the dumpster). It almost touched the edge of the dumpster, but I wanted it down lower to reduce dust and be able to "aim" it in different spots in the dumpster. I did manage to finagle a heavy duty tarp as a bottom chute--and this did take some fabrication, and was also torn up by the end of the job, whereas the easy chute was still intact. Point being, spend the extra money on a second chute if you need it, unless you feel like getting crafty with a tarp as a bottom chute. FYI I mainly dumped old plaster, which is heavy stuff.big plus is the heavy duty nylon loops on the top and bottom. I was able to use D rings and cut the bottom of an old 40 gallon trash barrel out, and drill holes on the rim of the barrel, slip the D rings thru the holes and into the nylon hoops. If i had another easy chute, I would have been able to connect the other via the same way with D rings via loop-to-loop. The bottom loops are also great for hooking bungee cords to them & to the frame of the dumpster, which allows you to move the chute around in different spots and "aim" where you want you debris to go.Let's put it this way. If i ever get to renovating the 3rd floor, i'll definitely be buying another easy chute!

Great product for a great price!
Using for a lathe and plaster demolition and it is amazing! Sturdy and well built. Will buy more when these wear out!

It works
It's fundamentally a burlap sack without a bottom. Old plaster in garbage bags went through, unbroken dishes and cans, but wood with nails will tear it up. Avoid things that can wedge, because they will. I dropped things two floors down into a dumpster.

Great quality, huge time saver.
Used this for demoliting my 2nd floor house renovation.

Extremely disappointed!!!
If you try to slide down any scrap products on an a slight angle, it gets held up and caught up in the fibres of this product. It is not useful for house remodeling projects where you need to extend it from a 2nd floor or 3rd floor at a decline angle into a bin. This seems to only work if it’s straight or vertical up and down. I wish the owner would refund me my product as they “stand by” their brand….. but I’ve passed the expiration and can’t return it. I paid for 3 sets… and unfortunately will never be able to use them.A very expensive lesson for us!!!
