When my other kids were growing up we just had the old regular baby monitors. When I had my newest baby I wanted one I could check in on her while at work and this does the job. It has 3 night light colors, plays music and soothing sounds for up to an hour. The night vision is a big plus. Only issue we’ve had is the clicking sound that is made when the night vision turns on but it hasn’t ever woken up baby so I would still recommend to any other parent.

Suddenly the night vision stopped working 3 months after we started using it. One night it started flickering and shut down.

The media could not be loaded. This camera is awesome. I love how clear the picture quality is and how easy it is to set up and use. Also if you don’t want to carry the screen around you can download the app and watch it from your phone. My husband watches our baby while he’s at work whenever he misses her. Also the screen lasts a while before you have to recharge again.

Worked well, it temperature gage was always off, up and down between 15 degrees. Otherwise, nightlight great, voice talk worked, and overall good monitor.

Works great but after a bit gets too dim where you can't see and have to press a button to be able to see again. Other than that works well.

Within the first year Loses connection easily; very poor battery life; constant link loss beeping; after 18 months cannot establish a link with camera; now useless.

The camera and parent unit work just fine and the setup was very easy. However, we purchased this baby monitor because of the ability to connect to and monitor from a phone and the mobile app is terrible. I’ve had to connect my phone 3 times, my wife has had to connect hers 4 times. It seems like almost every time we open the app we have to reconnect. The app has a 2 star rating on the App Store with lots of complaints so paying extra for a monitor so we could use our phones has not been worth it so far.

At first it was great, setup was easy, got it connected to the wifes phone, then 1 week later the connection dropped randomly, when I went to check on it the led is red, the night light isn't working anymore, and it wouldn't even connect to the parent unit directly. So, I unplugged it and let it sit for awhile, then tried again, still no luck. So I look up troubleshooting through vtechs website and it suggests resetting, so I try to reset, problem is the pair button is required to do the reset and it's not working either...so 1 week is what we got out of it before the baby unit decided it was done. I've used cheap off brand monitors in a pinch before, and I wish I still had one, it likely would still work unlike this overpriced garbage.

Muy buen producto a buen precio

Este producto funciono un par de dias, y luego las camaras no se sincronizan con el monitor, al pedir soporte tecnico, si estas en Mexico, nadie te contesta o te mandan las mismas instrucciones que estan en el manual, sin resolver nada...PESIMO, porque no es barato, y no funciona.

A él monitor no le dura la carga así q siempre debe estar conectado

Lo compré cuando estaba embarazada, lo quise utilizar cuando nació mi bebe y no funcionó, nunca pude vincular la camara con la pantalla, ni conectarlo a la red de wifi, y se trababa. Cuando quise devolverlo ya había pasado el periodo de devolución. Producto totalmente dañado, no deberían de vender productos en ese estado.
