Thrustmaster T818 Ferrari SF1000 Simulator - Advanced Racing Wheel with Direct Drive Technology for PC

Bought this wheel at a discounted price and I'm really happy with my purcahse. After using for a few months the wheel did begin to squeak then grind, but customer service took it off my hands and fixed it within two weeks free of charge and now it runs so smoothly. Only downside is it didn't make me a pro at F1 2023

I was after this wheel, but needed a base for it so bought this as a bundle pack. After putting it all together found out even though the wheel is compatible the base is NOT compatible with Xbox… why sell it as a bundle, this was not very clear.The wheel lit up but wouldnt actually control anything. I took it apart and sent it back with out even getting to use it and after about 8 hours of trying.

Base started to make a grinding noise and squeaks after low use over 9 months.Terrible customer service to return, Thrustmaster won’t replace, have to ship find packaging and take responsibility if any damage in shipping.Premium price product - poor quality, terrible service

Not an expert but had belt drive base with this steering wheel and then bought the base. More feel and strength with t818 base, more lively, enjoyable than before using this. Wheel seems good and like it with the screen. Had for 7 months, so far all good.

The drink button doesnt work and i died of dehydration
