Hot water👍
Just a small hole caused a big problem but the thermostat was easy to fit, well worth the money.

Not quite compatable!
As the Truma water heater in my caravan had failed I ordered this water heater element. Being mid-priced and apparently compatible for the Truma Ultrastore water heater I and the correct part number given to me by Truma, I thought it would be a good buy. However, the sensor element fitting did not match up to the studs on which to bolt the sensor to the water tank. Fortunately, the technician I had engaged to carry out the work managed to make one of the holes on the plastic connection plate larger in order to fit. The problem didn't stop there. The wiring colour does not match that as required in the UK presumably as made in China which meant some thinking out of the box to connect to the mains electricity. It seems to work but would think twice before ordering one from this company. Moral of this story, buy from a British or well known and established company!
