Falta de cuidado com o produto
O planner em si é bonito, como anunciado. Só não gostei de como chegou aqui, pois ele veio solto em um envelope, sem estar embalado em qualquer outro papel ou plástico, e a capa dele não é dura, é fina e flexível. Acho que deveriam ter mais cuidado ao embalar os produtos para envio.
