Highly Recommend - Amazing Technology
I highly recommend the device. I am pleased with the purchase. It is a excellent investment in ones health.I purchased the HHM1- It records up to 24hrs with reports downloadable to a PC.The unit is extremely small (much smaller than a modern Phillips brand professional Holter monitor) which is nice when you are wearing it while sleeping. There is no android or Iphone option (for the HHM1) as the reports are so comprehensive and not suitable for use on a mobile phone. It records a very precise ecg record, with adjustable amplitude and speed. The entire report can be output to PDF, additionally there is an option through a free service to upload to AI servers for AI interpretation and report generation. For example my 689 page PDF initial ECG report was condensed to a 6 page AI report with statistics and interpretation.I used the electrode pads on the chest to record an ecg during sleep. This is more comfortable and reliable than strap attachment method. Its possible to have an issue with your pc reading the data on the device. perhaps an older pc might not have the proper USB drivers or security software may prevent access to the device. I tried it on a Win 10 laptop and it worked fine. I installed the software on my desktop (a finely tuned powerful pc) and had to do some trouble shooting to get the computer to be able to access the device and import the report. I finally got it to work by going into windows device manager and disabling all the USB devices and then re-enabling them.If it doesn't work just try it on another computer. This is just the way it is with computers these days! You can take screenshots from a report and upload them to chatgpt and ask it to interpret it or ask specific questions about the nature of the ecg - like P waves, pr-interval, st segment (depression or elevation), etc.

can't download the data
I had difficulty with the unit that I bought. very finicky usb connector. have to hold the clamp on the monitor device and wiggle for 10 minutes to get the device recognized by Livenpace software on Windows computer. Then, after 10 days, I couldn't get the software to recognize that the device is attached even though the indicator light on the device shows connectivity! hopeless. I was able to communicate with the company support via email and they mailed me a new unit. This second unit seems to work really well. I love the functionality of this device, and the reports are very useful, although the algorithm is clearly mis-categorizing many of my supraventricular ectopic beats as 'ventricular' PVCs because the p wave for the SVE is buried in the preceding t wave. Still very useful.

Cannot Read Data - No Tech Support
Purchased device five months ago and it worked fine. I was then able to record a number of EKGs overnight and then download, review, and have them analyzed. I charged the device yesterday and it apparently did successfully record a nights worth of data. Unfortunately, software will just not recognize device (even with latest version) so cannot access recorded data. Windows explorer only sometimes sees device and even on rare occasions will show data files but mostly computer either crashes or locks up with CPU at high load and temperature - a reboot is necessary to recover. I believe all this can be resolved but there is no effective customer support, no telephone number, and even the email address for support is well hidden. No effective technical support is not acceptable, renders a $300, otherwise excellent device, worthless, and makes it a waste of money.I tried again (August, 2024) to get support. Only way to contact them is via a well-hidden email address. I sent a detailed email clearly describing the problem and included ten bullet points describing the steps I took to resolve it. I also included a copy of the Amazon receipt and a picture of the rear of the device clearly showing the serial number etc. They did respond stating "Could you please tell us your order ID here first? Could you please provide us with a video here to show us the situation of your case?" They already received a copy of the Amazon invoice, so I have no clue what else the "order ID" could be. A video would take hours to take to show all the trouble shooting, uninstalls (including registry deletions), reinstalls, etc. It is obvious to me there is no intention of supporting this $300 truly useless device now. This really is frustrating because this is otherwise a very well-designed product that will now not work on three independent window computers.
