This was plenty to decorate for my husbands birthday. I did get some extra balloons but other than that everything was great

It’s a pretty good birthday party decoration set. I didn’t see clearly when I bought it that it didn’t have a cup. Later I bought a cup to match the plate. Although the quality is a bit thin, it’s still fine for serving desserts.
