This was easy to put together, but remember to attach the pole into the base first. I didn’t and set up everything else first, so it made it difficult to screw the fully put together portion into the base! Because of my error, it tends to have a slight lean. My bad. It’s a really pretty lamp, has great lighting and works well. The gold finish is brushed and very pretty. The shades are plastic, but still look good. My only complaint would be that the lightbulb on the torchere shows above the shade, as the shade isn’t deep enough to hide it.

I went to four or more lamp stores looking for something like this. Everything was quite expensive and nothing was suitable from a design perspective. This one was a good price, it came quickly and was easy to put together. I am quite happy with the light that it provides. It is suitable for reading. I did not want lighting for ambience, but rather for reading. Finding a brass colored lamp was not an easy task. Brass is definitely not in Vogue. But a number of furniture pieces in my room were accented with brass and that is what I needed. I’m so grateful for the options found on Amazon, especially this one!

I don’t typically write reviews, but this product warrants it.I was looking for a lamp that can provide a lot of light, since I don’t have any overhead lights in the living room, and this one fits the bill.It’s great that you can light each bulb separately, that the top light has 3 brightness levels, and you can even direct the 2 side lamps.It was packaged well, shipped quickly, very easy to assemble (no tools required), and it is working well.I agree with another reviewer that it would be nice if the shades were frosted glass, instead of plastic, but for this price point, it is good deal.Overall, I’m very pleased and am considering buying another one.

When I read all about this three globe lamp, I thought to myself, "If it's half as good as described, it will be perfect." Well, I must say now that it has arrived in its wonderfully designed packaging (with nothing damaged, including the light bulbs!), I realize that it is better than advertised. Even my husband commented that the lighting is perfect for our living room. We especially like the top lamp that shines on the ceiling and reflects its light all over the room...and in three levels. The two mother-daughter side lights are perfect, too. Can't wait to work my cryptograms this evening...I'm only on about 453 of 3500. I need this light at night! I can't thank the designers more than with this review. It's sturdy. It's easy to assemble. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary packaging, but it was tight and appropriate. And, one feature that's very thoughtful is the little reminder inside each lamp as to the wattage appropriate for that lamp. You can't make a mistake and put something too strong in there that way! And, a little silly side note...our kittens enjoyed the cardboard packaging. And the earth will, too. No styrofoam at all. Everything was biodegradable. Kudos!

Went together easily. Like the varied setting in the top light. The arms bend to focus on couch or chair area. This is a good lamp. I like the style. Great item for the price too!

Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust "sister" lights. Really like the 3 light levels for top light. Is used next to husband's recliner and provides light for entire room.

The floor lamp is very adjustable, looks great and is priced right.

I bought this lamp a year ago. It was exactly what I wanted: an attractive torchiere with multiple bright lamps. It worked fine for a number of months, then one of the lamp switches failed (I forget which). I called customer service which was EXCELLENT. The lamp was replaced promptly, and they even told me to keep the other lamp - which I did and used it elsewhere (with its failed switch - I would just screw the bulb in/out as needed). So, I started using the replacement lamp. Well after a few months, similar issue but worse - one lower lamp completely stopped working (I tried changing light bulbs too). Also, the switch on the other lower lamp is has been getting more and more difficult to turn (it really takes an effort to turn on/off). I have no doubt the company would again replace the lamp, but enough! I cannot keep calling customer service, get a big box with a new lamp, spend time (albeit <30 minutes) to put it together, etc. A good lamp needs to work out of the box for a reasonable amount of time - that means more than six months. I'm giving this a 3-star review (rather than 1 or 2 star) because despite issues, the lamps worked well for awhile and customer service was quite good! But at this time, I'm looking at other options for torchiere lamps.

Love this lamp! Provides lots of light with the trilight and the other smaller lights are adjustable and are wonderful for doing my cross stitch and knitting. 5 star from me!

This is a perfect lamp. It can provide light for me to do my hand stitching or to read by and it provides some subtle light when I’m watching television. I can choose which one of those to turn on or can have on many at the same time. I also love the fact that the top light is a tri- light so we can have the right light for whatever occasion we require.

I don't usually bother to write reviews, but I did this time because I am very pleased with this lamp. I highly recommend it. It was easy to assemble..took a few minutes. The base is heavy and the pole is metal, and very sturdy. It would be VERY difficult to knock it over! The only part of it that left me a bit disappointed was the shades. They are plastic...but I am sure that I could replace them with glass.

I think it could be made clearer that this is a two pin American Plug & therefore need a plug adapter for USA. Also the larger 16w bulb failed after 10 days but after sending a couple of messages to supplier they agreed to replace & sent me two bulbs as the supplier could only purchase two bulbs. These 3 way bulbs are quite expensive to buy in the UK
