One of the best
This is perhaps one of the most ‘written from the heart’ books of the Bosch series and a perfect rounding off ( and perhaps farewell) to one of my favourite characters in American fiction. Go in peace …

Or nobody does. Bosch is a tired old man in this book but the fire is still there. A wonderful read.

Not up to expectations
what i have noticed among the aging authors, that i have relied for decades is a change in the quality of the stories. They barely holds together if they whole together at all. Like the B team has stepped in.

An absolute page turner
One more amazing book from my favorite author written in his inimitable style. An absolute page turner which I finished reading in two days. Mr Connelly I want more Harry Bosch books. Please don't disappoint me.

抜群の安定感♡
やっぱりマイクルコナリーはいいなあ〜抜群の安定感。LAPDを引退してヒマを持て余しているHarry Boschを昔の部下だったRenée Ballardがコールドケース・ユニットを立ち上げてチームリーダーとなってBoschを引っ張る。旧型チェロキーに乗って携帯を無くしながらも事件解決に向けて走り回る老刑事の様子はちょっと前にネトフリで見つけたローワン・アトキンソンのアナログの逆襲で老スパイが活躍するストーリーと状況が重なって飽きさせない。物語にはBoschの異母兄弟のリンカーン弁護士=ミッキー・ハラーもチラッと登場させて、Boschシリーズファンにはたまらない(^^)リンカーン弁護士もネトフリでつい最近シーズン2が日本でもリリースされて大満足だった。でもBoschはこれが最後かなあ、、

Bosch for the win!!!!
Another great Bosch book. I love all of Michael Connelly’s books. So glad they’ve made them into series for TV. Great storyline and I love the fact Renee is in this one too and in charge. Bosch is getting up in years so I’m curious where he is hitting in the books. So glad it didn’t end the way the story started to unfold. Can’t wait for the next chapter in their stories!!!

Book is too big
This book is too big for this old lady to hold and to put into my cover that I use when I read my books! I will get around to it though because Michael Connelly is my favorite writer and I’m sure I’ll love the story, as I always do with all of his books, that’s why I have given it a five star ! Michael, please make them cut down the size! I’ll give this another review after I read it !

物語の展開が凄い。翻訳本が待ちきれずに買いましたが、いくつか出てくる略語は紛らわしく読みにくかったです。

un avvincente romanzo in cui l'Ispettore Harry Bosch si tuffa un "cold case". Ben scritto e non troppo difficile da leggere anche per chi ha un livello di inglese non particolarmente alto
