I spent a little more for these, (2) pack, then i would normally for a door opener. But they are very small footprint and have a long range. One is tied to my dirtbike handle bar and coming down the street the door will open about 100 ft away. The opener has been in the rain, seen hours of vibration from the handle bar and no problems. Programming was easy.To me this is really a nice opener due to its size- it could go on a key ring with no problems.I would buy again.

Works as expected. Easy to install and connect to garage door. Very useful to now be able to enter garage without having to carry an opener. Would recommend to others.

One of the remotes did not work, but it was easy to replace the battery. Now both work just fine. It does work for red/orange control garages, but not for yellow. Will recommend if anyone is looking for a compact, light, easy to carry garage remote control.

This simple and attractive compact unit replaces a clunky big opener. I’ve had it only a few days but so far it’s an excellent upgrade. Setup tip: follow the instructions on your garage door opener, not the instructions that come with this opener.

Was fairly easy to install and setup with my Garage door opener. Used probably about 15 times. Came back from vacation and after hitting a couple buttons there was a continuous beeping sound and the unit seemed to lock-up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the battery multiple times, every time that I reinsert the battery it just starts making the continuous beeping sound again. Totally non-functional now. Unfortunate too because it was just a few weeks past the Amazon 30-day return period.1/5, pretty disappointed as it seemed to break randomly and quickly. Keep in mind this was in California (i.e. never got below freezing temperatures), and was underneath an overhang so it was protected from the rain.

I’m so glad we decided to try a keychain garage opener over the tradition in-car versions!! Our app controlled opener has bit the dust and we needed a way to open it from the car to be able to use our garage and these were so easy to connect and are such good quality!!! Would buy again!

Love how easy these were to pair with my door opener. I did drop one and it got a bit jammed and wouldn’t work properly. Opened it up, realigned the parts and it’s now working as expected. Four stars because it is a bit fragile if dropping on the wood floor caused it to jam. Otherwise great. Lightweight on keychain.

I live in an apartment and my garage is across an alley from my building. I would say it works about 75% of the time from within my own apartment. Which is much better than expected. I need to start my car before driving during the winter and i can't leave my door down since it's a shared garage and i'm not trying to kill my neighbors (yet). So this has worked extremely well for my needs.Also compared to the one my property manager gave me, this just works better overall and has increased range. Love the fact i can keep it on my keychain.

Knew what I was getting myself into going in - my garage door opener has the red/orange button - but it was a gamble either way. Turns out, it works. Instructions were easy to follow and written correctly, unlike many of the other universal pads I've read about. The battery is a 9V, as it should be, but the place where the battery sits is REALLY tight. The connectors don't look all that sturdy either. Gotta be very gentle when replacing the battery I suppose. The numbered buttons also beep with the same tone (nothing you can do about it), but the enter button doesn't. Kinda weird, but ok. So far so good, and despite the rain we've had lately I haven't seen it get into the pad yet. Pretty sure that's what destroyed my old one. One more thing - the pad comes with a 9V battery that doesn't start supplying power to the unit (lighting up the pad) until you unplug it first and plug it back in. Every time you do it makes a horrible racket too, but once it's in, everything's fine. Just be gentle with the connectors like I said. Hope that helps.

This was super easy to set up. Took me 1 min to set it up and have working with my opener.

Bought this so we could open our attached garage from outside. Was easy to set up and works well. Cost of this item was substantially lower then competitors from home depot or lowes. Only reason for 4 stars is you have to enter the password to close the door, unlike a model at my previous house that only needed enter to be pressed.

Took many hours to program, then quit working after about a month.Garbage! Sad part is NO WARRANTY!!Get the original from Home Depot for $20 more!
