Anyone know if these nibs will work with an Intuos pen small (model: CTL-480)?

Will this nib work with the pen, that you get from the intous pen and touch medium?

I use these nips for a intous 4 medium graphics tablet that I bought over 2 years ago. I looked on the wacom site just to make sure..I believe that these nibs will work with most wacom pens.

Are there any alternative manufacturers of these tiny pieces of plastic that Wacom charge 16 quid for? Outrageous!
