This little computer is fantastic. Fanless and very quiet, built very rugged. I ordered the 16GB RAM 256GB SSD version and it boots up within seconds, lightning quick. It came from China but delivery was relatively quick, I am very pleased with this. Don't waste your money on a Dell or HP, these are brilliant and at only 25W maximum output, very eco friendly. I don't like using smart TV's so I use this to drive my 4K UHD TV, gives way more options than the TV would and seamless outputIt's worth noting that the listing says the resolution is 3200 x 2000, having looked at the spec of the Intel 4400 chip and then tested it out after buying I can confirm it can actually handle full 4096x2160 4K UHD. It also has USB 2 and USB 3 ports for fast speed transfer peripherals. Highly recommend

In the past, I have bought many components from China and we know the standards compared to Europe say.But this pc product is spot on and very good. KINGDEL 4K HTPC, NUC, Windows 10 Nettop with Intel i5-4200UI am very happy pleased with this purchase. Up and running within minutes / I used to have a large noisy pc, (new I built) but this is very compact and no noise.Looks good/ Great support from this supplier cnkingdel, replied within hours, again very goodI ordered on the 7th and arrived and it arrived 15th . I week delivery. How about that for service.They refunded import tax from the order to compensate within a day. Got the cashBig 5 stars for me and will update this review in a year – if allowed.

OK I got this because of all the reviews etc and I was having a few problems with my five year old lenovo idea centre , where to begin i have had it on for just over 3 hours ,so this is first impressions only it has crashed twice with a black screen leaving programs ,it has a sdd drive installed and 16 GB ram but it is slower then my 5 year old lonovo that cost 199:00 UK pounds , very disappointing it took a age to install kodi and then it crashed 6.1 version and 8.3 this is not a great start ,I understand this is a little box but cost over 400 quid so far I have not been wowed with it and at this rate it will be returned as so far the performance is not good ,I expected a lot better for the price ,maybe I am being to harsh but I already feel that this will be going back if only my lenovo ,was not on the way out ,but nothing lasts forevere

Arrived quickly and on time. Gave it a few hours to get to room temperature, plugged it in and it worked straight out of the box. Picked up my network etc and I was loading with my software within 5 minutes. It is silent (no fan), fast to boot up with SSD and is quick for an i5 processor. Small footprint but with lots of connections. Metal case and heatsink top, it is well screwed together and appears very robust. I don't think you can do better for the price. All in all a great little computer that will meet the average users needs completely. I look forward to many years use.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am not technically minded, so won't go into any detailed review of the performance as others can do this far better, however, the machine meets/exceeds my expectations. It is, as advertised, 100% silent and looks and feels well made. It was a breeze to set up, taking only minutes and works like a dream. I love the minimalist look and the fact it takes up only a tiny footprint on my desk.The seller's communications before, during and after the sale were excellent with messages answered promptly. I contacted him via Amazon to request bluetooth be added to the spec and this was done at very minimal charge via a PayPal transfer. The refund of the customs duty was made very quickly once I had provided a copy of the receipt.Given my experience with this purchase I have no hesitation in recommending this product and this seller and intend to use them again myself if I am in the market for another pc.

The PC was purchased because we needed a robust small form factor PC that was reasonably up to date in hardware terms without being too heavy or bulky so it could be transported with relative ease. The Kingdel fitted the bill perfectly and had the added bonus of including a VGA socket which allowed us to use the PC with an older monitor which didn’t have an HDMI input. The Kingdel is completely silent due to it’s passive cooling but does run a little warm to the touch. Mounting it on the provided stand keeps it a little cooler and reduces the desk space required still further. The PC runs at a good speed with all the software we installed which includes the jobs most users would want on a regular basis eg. web browsing, email, music playing, basic photo processing and management plus document editing. I confirmed that that the free version of Macrium Reflect can be used to back up the PC and restores successfully to the reformatted SSD. To restore a backup to a reformatted SSD you’ll need to access the Boot menu. This is done on the Kingdel by pressing and holding down the F11 key while you switch the PC on. Should you need it, access to the BIOS is via the Esc key when switching on.I also had the opportunity to compare the Kingdel with one of the cheaper plastic housed mini PCs which is available from Amazon. The Kingdel is way better in terms of build quality and speed. We’re very pleased with the PC, it fulfils our requirements perfectly.
