The materials seem to be quality and the entire product appears well-made. Fabric is smooth and comfortable. I’ll update the review after I wear this on a long-haul flight in a few months!

Seriously the best travel pillow I have ever purchased. I have used it on two red eyes so far and woken up without my neck feeling stiff and awful, like what would ordinarily happen. There are also so many different positions you can put it in depending on how you usually sleep. It's super comfortable and you are able to compress it for storage easily without having to get it absolutely perfect like some of the other travel pillow cases. The clip on the travel bag is also very helpful because I am able to just clip it to my backpack instead of having to stuff it in with some of my other things. Overall this is an excellent value. I am 5'6" and got the small one and it fits perfectly for my height.

I have tried multiple travel pillows including TRTL and have yet to find one I felt fit my neck comfortably. Based on the reviews and an upcoming international flight, I ordered both an adult small and a child sized to try out. I was thrilled to discover that the child sized was actually more size appropriate for my anatomy and still firm enough to hold my neck in place and provide a supportive rest for my head. I'm 5'6" 130lb with a thin neck and I would recommend giving the child sized a try if you find other travel pillows too large and bulky over all.

Haven't used it yet, but Love it already. Its super soft and love that you can position it several different ways on your neck, especially on a long flight, we go to Europe every year and its a 6 hour flight going and and 9 hours coming home, cant wait to use it in March 2026

Soft to the touch, very squishy and comfy. Feels very high quality. It easily rolls back up, clips closed, and fits back in the nice bag it comes with. Almost everything about it is awesome, but my big complaint is that I bought a small and I still wish it would squeeze a little tighter. If my head falls forward at all, my chin or the back of my neck can easily slip or push between the ends of the pillow even when the strap is tightened completely. When that happens, the pillow is way less snug and it doesn't support my neck like it should, allowing my head to fall forward and making the nape of my neck sore instantly.

It's the best neck pillow if you like it snug and supportive. I love that it offers different sizes.

I purchased this after doing a bit of research and used it for the first time on a 15 hour flight. First, it takes up too much space. Second - which I didn’t think was actually possible - it gave me more neck pain, not less. I am one of those people that pitches forward when they fall asleep on planes so I thought this would help stop me from doing that. It did but instead made my neck incredibly sore. I tried it several different ways but you cannot sit flush against your seat with this thing on and it’s just downright uncomfortable. A total fail for me.

I bought a small for myself because with other travel pillows my chin would slip through. I also bought a regular for my partner. We flew probably 30 hours over the course of our trip and we nearly entirely defeated jetlag because we got so much sleep. I love that I could change the positioning of the pillow to get as many different sleep positions as possible on a plane. I even used it as a pillow on my tray a few times to give my back a stretch. The space it takes up when rolled is about the size of a softball. I would happily pack one less shirt to accommodate it, but it also clips to the outside of your bag. I can't get over how I didn't have a sore neck or back for the first time ever from sleeping while flying. Game changer! Oh and the fabric is soft and did not make my neck too warm. Just get it!
