Chili & Lemon Seasoning

Lovely! I sprinkle it on top of my curry dish and salad and or it's super tasty. Only thing to bear in mind is that it's salty but i don't mind that. Get it!

Love this, not too hot and spicy and the lemon flavour really comes through. It is really is versatile, I've added it to lots of different recipes as a seasoning and it really enhances the flavour

Fantastic spice mix - the citrus, spice and salty mixture works well. I really like to use Rajah Chilli and Lemon Seasoning coated on chicken before frying - it is completely delicious.

Do read the ingredients list before using it. Salt is first on the list. I couldn't understand how I had managed to oversalt 2 dishes in a row and decided this was the common denominator. On reading the ingredients it became clear. Chilli and Lemon Salt would be a clearer name for this product. I would prefer a somewhat stronger lemon flavour. It may not matter so much in meat dishes, but if you are vegetarian or vegan take care when dosing this.

As expected

I cooked chicken breast fillets in the oven lightly sprayed with a little oil and coated in chilli and lemon spice served with vegetable cous cous yum. Very nice
