A wonderful winter warming drink
This is a wonderful winter warming drink. It says use a tablespoon. However, a teaspoon of the tumeric latte gently heated with Rice Dream is absolute bliss!

Brilliant stuff
I love this, it's quite hot and spicy to drink when you first try it though. I now don't get stiff or sore the morning after a tough boot camp workout. Highly recommend if you're a creaky granny like me!

Improves sleep and complexion
I put one tablespoon into some warm almond milk at bedtime. It is so relaxing and makes me sleep really. It has also reduced the redness in my complexion. Would highly recommend apart from the huge health benefits is delicious.
