How do you sit down and even go to the toilet

Lol, sitting down was fine, it just deflates until you stand back up again. Going to the toilet wasn’t something i did as i took it off after about 2 hrs as my legs were sweating lol. However i cant see it as a problem because its only a case of undoing the draw cord and pulling them down.
