No issues at all.
This product works as intended and for the money is perfectly reasonable quality. Anybody that has in previous reviews said the instructions are poor and holes don’t line up are talking rubbish and basically don’t know how to assemble things. There are 5 nuts, bolts and washers to fit and 2 latches that’s all, and the instructions are a simple picture with a parts list because it’s simple to assemble. Saying holes don’t line up is BS, there are 2 holes on the latches to use so people are simply using the wrong hole.

Excellent top dressing spreader
Easy to assemble. Made top dressing my lawns much easier. Looking forward to using top dressing spreader for years to come.

Needed Minor Repair Before Use
Another review warned that the latches might not line up properly. This was exactly the case. I solved the problem quite quickly by repositioning just one of them. This required drilling one hole. For all that, it is still very good value and will probably outlive me. It works very well.

Spend time with the catches
This item arrived last week and I put it together this morning, it came well packed and the instructions are straight forward.... The clips are fiddly to put on, but when you do do it it's not the hole you think it is to attach to drum.... Lol, the first hole works but leaves a big gap between flap and drum, you need to attach with second hole which initially looks like it will be too tight a fit but is in fact flush and tight.

A worthwhile lawn investment
Everyone likes plush grass. Annual ceremonies of raking thatch, moss, aeration all come to a head with this spreader. Walk the seed and compost into your lawns in straight lines with less time and potential damage to remaining grass. Worth the investment for year in year out use for compost, grass seed, weed and feed. Whatever needs an even spread.

Good but door latches do & did not match up to brackets on door
Latches don’t align holes not level to match latches for door flimsy & in alignment poor quality

Far cheaper than the Landzie spreader and worked great for me, spreading compost and re-seeding my lawn has never been easier

Does the job
Great product, really easy to put together for the not so skilled DIY’er Takes the pain out of raking top soil through the lawn.
