These are great, I will say they don't stick brilliantly, but I just used thin double sided tape. They are really good quality

They arrive folded in half - the creases do not come out.I was desperate for something to put down on the stairs as my dog kept slipping on the uncarpeted surface. Thankfully they are only needed for a couple of weeks - but they are already peeling (installed last night), and the part where they were folded doesn’t stick down at all. Very easy to install. And soft underfoot.Nice idea, but very poor quality.

I bought these based on the positive reviews, and there is next zero adhesive strength.Based on the fact that these are designed for stairs, and every single mat does not stick to a brand new clean surface I would go as far as to say they are dangerous for stairs as they are all lifting.I contacted the supplier who said that I need to remove the film layer to reveal the self adhesive layer...wow, thanks for that great advice. I have quite hairy arms and they are not strong enough to pull out a hair.I have been a tradesman for many years and I have never seen a product described as self adhesive to have such low adhesion strength, they should be described as low tack. So...nice mat, but definitely not self adhesive enough.Additional info. after some messaging with the manufacturer/seller they offered a discount which I accepted. I have given an extra star for this, but my views on the quality/strength of the adhesive is unchanged from what I wrote in the review.

Added stair treads today. I used sticky back velcro incase I want to replace or wash them. I had to cut one which was super easy to fit on a smaller stair.They are soft on your feet. Definitely need to use your own adhesive but for the money I am impressed.Now to finish the rest off!

Depend on the type of stairs you have, but for mine (painted wood), it's perfect.The grip on the stairs is really good, and this is much more secure than slipery painted stairs !!No glue, you can put and remove them easily.Didn't try to wach them yet.
