For the price it's not a bad computer, It's not good for much more than basic computing tasks like office files etc. For simple tasks like web browsing and watching online videos it works fine, Note that this comes with Windows in S mode, DO NOT switch out of S mode, it will slow down to a crawl.It's not good for gaming, it has an economy processor and only 4GB of RAM, the 128Gb SSD hard drive has minimal storage space but there is a slot for a TF card which you can add for extra storage if you wish.Overall it's pretty good value if you want a basic computer, the screen is lower quality, as expected at this price point and although acceptable it's not visible in bright sunlight.I purchased these to run powerpoing presentations on monitors in my stores, they work just fine but if you live in a hot climate this machine will quit the application and go back to a windows desktop if it gets too hot, this machine does not have cooling fans so bear that in mind, I put a desktop wallpaper that says "Sorry, be back soon" to counteract this but in future I will invest is a machine that has cooling fans and pay the extra cost.Overall, it's great for a student or occasional user, a powerhouse it is not and it gets overloaded pretty easilly but for general light use it's a good choice, I compliment it with a Samsung Galaxt A7 Lite which I use as a mobile partner to it, you can sync it to galaxy tablets so I tend to keep all videos I show clients and customers on the tablet, it's an affordable solution for basic tasks, don't expect it to do games or graphically intense tasks, it will fail but for basic tasks, it's a winner.

It is awesome I use it for streaming for making documents for recreation. I would recommend this laptop to everyone

Love it, just what I need.

The laptop is a great laptop, however with it being a Minecraft edition you kind of figure the Minecraft game would be included to which it was not.

In the beginning it worked well now it keeps having c drive errors and blanking out or a blue screen appears.The camera does not work also just shows a black fuzzy screen. I am not happy with this product. I wish I could return it. I called Gateway about the camera, and they could not help me they just said check for updates. Battery drains and apparently Amazon is an unauthorized seller so now I cannot get a refund or replace with GATEWAY or AMAZAON straight TARSH do not PURCHASE!!

I like the laptop, I am upset it was supposed to be in black. I received it in charcoal color. Didn't want this color. 😡
