Great for Pilates
Does exactly what I hoped for in my pilates class not quite as 'harsh' on my feet as the more expensive one.

It's okay
Great for cracking upper back and stability exercises.

value for money
Can be adapted for balancing on and strengthening leg muscles apart from stretching back

Does not cause pain whilst using it, unlike some of the cylinders.
Great product for releasing the spine and applying pressure to localised pain in order to release the muscle. It is also good to use as a supplementary tool for Yoga.I have a hard cylinder which is excellent at doing the same, however if it is a particularly sore spot it can be most painful. This piece of equipment is far more comfortable and will do the same for the most part. One minor gripe is that it arrived with a tiny split on one side. It does not appear to have worsened with use so I’ll probably put a small amount of superglue inside that split and forget about it.Had a few bits off of 66 fit now and I do recommend them as a good all round company.

It's up to the user to decide .
I'm not sure about this ,but to me it's uncomfortable, but if it helps I'll keep using it ,it's up to the user I guess .

For beginners, more stable to use than a roller
Very good for chest and pecs. Also upper back.

Essential for back back!
Bought this out of hope more than expectation and it's surpassed anything I could have expected.I sit at a desk all day working from home so I use this multiple times a day on my coffee breaks and it really helps to stretch out my back and relieve and aches and pains I have. (I have bulging L4 / L5 discs)Also use it to get a full range of motion when squatting as an added bonus.

No instructions!
Brilliant for back stretching!Only criticism is that there are no instructions on how to use it! From a good reputable company I think it’s important to include something!
