It works well, BUT mounting as delivered is - bad.
Had to make a 3D printed base adapter for mounting to handlebars. The included hose clamp and rubber sliced tube are terrible for mounting/dismounting. Just terrible. I understand keeping costs low, but this is bad. So, after a couple hours of design and printing, I have a suitable solution, made my own adapter for my handlebars, by copying the mounting geometry of my old MSR holder. Now I mount and dismount using 2 cable ties and a cutter, just like the old discontinued MSR Holder. FAST and simple.Very nice width for paper route sheets, will easily take 2-3/8" paper width!! This is FAR better than my broken cheapo MSR Route chart holder (discontinued). The events I go to put their routes on standard 8-1/2 x 11 paper sheets. We have to cut hem and tape them together, and they were NEVER narrower than 2-1/8" . Had to manually trim to get it to fit the MSR holder, glad it broke! The Enduro Engineering Holder will hold 2-1/4 with ease, no more fudging with the paper width. Happily it does seem like clubs are going towards GPX tracks instead, and embracing GPS technology. But many rides and Enduro races in the Northeast still use paper route sheets.

Sturdy mount
A little tough to align the screws to hold it together.

Works well, shipped in incorrect configuration
I purchased one to do a roll-chart based dual sport ride. I had never used a roll chart holder before of any kind. When I got to the even the organizers passed out the rolls and me and another guy with the same item started to load them up and we were both wondering if the tape went over or under the screw in the middle...turns out its neither because both of our items came with the "guts" upside down. The directions do not spell out that the way you take the thing apart as-delivered is NOT the way you put it back together. Not really that big of a deal but I had just rolled up 150 miles of roll chart and had to unroll, peel the tape and roll it back up on the other side. So if you're a first timer using this, the screw in the middle that holds the thing together should be biased to the back (clamp) side of the thing when it's put back together, not the front...The other thing is these things really should come with some sort of rubber band or something that ties the two dials together. I forgot to bring one and was incessantly winding, winding, winding as the top dial would just unroll and release tension immediately after I advanced it so I'd have to do a lot of winding to get it back tight again after a couple turns on the route.

Does the job
Works well. Sturdy. Mounted it on a Ram ball mount.

Like all the others
While shopping for my first roll chart holder, I found that all in this price range are exactly the same unless you want to spend 3 times as much on an aluminum one.

Does what it's supposed to.
The holder is ok but it's not easy to load the chart in.

Works
Worked well for a motocycle dust mask and kept me warm through the cold desert morning ride and cool when it warmed up through the day.
