Good price, clear instructions, has zero smell and did not irritate my skin at all. Breathes well enough. The velcro in the front to adjust for your chin either pushes against my adams apple or the brace is too loose, hence the 4 stars

Replace "cone of shame "
I'm so excited to receive this cervical collar a day early. I purchased it to put on my dog. I wanted something to replace the "cone of shame" the vet put on him yesterday. It works great!

NOT returnable
The neck collar is very large and uncomfortable. The middle piece is adjustable but when you do it's like a block of wood under your chin. If you don't try it on you don't know if it will work for you. But the seller will not allow returns because it was worn. This thing cannot be worn, which is the problem. I paid $17 for it, and 2 days later the price was lowered to $11. I am very skeptical of a company that does business like this. Buyer beware.

Uncomfortable and weak
It is uncomfortable and not very supportive. More of a neck wrap than a neck brace. I ordered something different right away because this is not firm enough

No tiene la altura máxima especificada
No llega a las 5 pulgadas de alto (12.7cm) que incluso el propio empaque describe, apenas mide 4 pulgadas (10cm) en su parte más ancha, así que al centro del cuello mucho menos lo mide, por más que aflojes la banda, no llega ni a los 10cm.Me deje llevar por la calidad 3M, igual que los collarines de 80 pesos de la tiendita de ortopédicos.
