This item helps to relieve my neck pain when I've had a little too much activity. Very comfortable and soft.

foam is not to large and it fit well.

Prominent Adam's Apple may hurt.
It's well made and appears durable. The jaw, back of neck and cx spine per se were comfortable, I could sleep in it, and it did help my positional apnea. But if you have a prominent Thyroid Cartilage (Adam's Apple), the adjustable section in the front presses down on it when supine (sleeping), after a few nights of use I had to stop b/c it started to hurt to palpation. Flat Adam's Apple, should be fine.

Not comfortable or returnable
I bought this neck brace to help me deal with neck discomfort and chose it primarily because it was adjustable. Unfortunately it was never comfortable and when I tried to return the unit, I was informed that returns were not permitted. A complete waste of money.

Great for sleeping
I use this every night for sleeping, comfortable and lightweight compared to others. I just purchased a second collar for travel. Been using now for months and the velcro is strong as ever.

Comfortable and does the job
I have sleep apnea and was advised to get a cervical collar to help keep my airways open so chose this product and it has been exactly as advertised. Smooth and comfortable and it has held up well under several hand washings. Happy I got it.
