This will be the very first item we have ever sent back to Amazon. I am not convinced this thing is -- well, *any*thing. It certainly isn't a computer. False reviews? Perhaps. All I know is we were sent something that can only be called a horrible waste of 200+ dollars. It doesn't take a charge, it barely picks up internet while being right next to our router, it doesn't run Discord - the ONLY thing we wanted it to do - you can't really plug anything into it and have it work - USB or otherwise - and it feels like it was made out of actual garbage. A regretful purchase at best. 0 stars. Stay away.

It is a very basic machine. Even though internet is set to connect automatically it keeps going off line. The number pad does not work. Tried some fixes I found online but none work. I bought it to do word processing.Update: now it won’t even turn on. The biggest mistake is to think I could limp it along as a basic word processor…wrong! I was foolish to not return this complete POS. Amazon should be embarrassed to carry such crap. Literally the worst purchase I’ve EVER made from Amazon. So completely disappointed. I will NEVER buy another computer on Amazon.

I liked the price, but the computer freezes and reboots in the middle of tasks, because of a "hardware issue" and the mouse is both way too touchy and then doesn't respond when I try to click on something. Very Frustrating. After 2 months, the wireless adapter failed and I purchased a USB adapter to replace it. We'll see how that goes. As a computer proffessional, I am defintely not impressed with this laptop. I should have known better than to go with an unknown.

On surface this laptop was fine. Great deal and seemed to work well. However, it CONSTANTLY drops internet connection. I have done troubleshooting for months with no solution. It is the only laptop device in my home that does this (we have 5 other laptops in the home that work flawlessly on our network). This laptop drops internet connection so frequently it has become essentially useless. Will never buy this brand again.

This is a great laptop for a first time user or a student.

Cannot stay connected to internet, cheaply put together, SLOW!!! Update after update!!! THE LIST GOES ON!!!!!!!

First off, it's BS that the deal is 75% off. Amazon is acting like this is a great deal but this computer's value is definitely less than $300 which is why I bought it in the first place. It has little specs to it and it's meant for basic uses not gaming. The marketing for it is a lie for sure. Secondly, soon as I booted up the PC it says my administrator account was disabled so I had to factory reset it right away instead of turning it on and getting things going. Once I factory reset, which I expected to already have been done when I got it, it works. (If anyone is experiencing the same problem, hold shift down and at the same time restart the computer to access the troubleshooting to do the factory reset. It's confusing why I had to factory reset when the laptop isn't advertised as refurbished. It does look new, so IDK why I had to do that myself. Update: Within a week the computer constantly crashed. It was a useless computer. Never buy this.

It's misleading because it's ticketed at a really high price and you feel like you're getting a killer of a deal. Well, you're not. It worked fine for a few days, maybe 1-2 hours per day....then it started jumping around as I was typing......finally, the screen kept going black over and over again, while I was working on it. 😢 I returned it on time, just waiting for my refund. Buy at your own risk.
