ماكينة رائعة وسهلة الاستخدام، مناسبة في المكتب ولا تحتاج تفاصيل إعداد القهوة، ويفضل استخدام كبسولات نسبريسو للحصول على طعم مثالي، ولكن طعم القهوة لا يرتقي إلى مستوى مكائن القهوة المطحونة مثل ديديكا التي قمت باستخدامها من قبل. الخلاصة: تصلح للمكاتب وفي السفر ولعشاق الحياة السريعة، وللأمانة لا تصلح لعشاق القهوة الطازجة المطحونة.

I received the coffee machine, but the capsules were missing.

The machine is not working at all. I contacted the seller to request the invoice in order to use the warranty, but received no response. The package was intact. I am disappointed with the seller’s lack of support.
