Replacement of the shoes/Refund of my money.
Too poor the product quality. The item procured in the last week of March,2020. Because of lock down situation, not used immediately, just for last one week, it is in use. Within these seven days, while walking, one lace whole metallic ring came out. Today evening, while walking, a stone chip as shown in the photo made a whole in the left sole of the shoes and penetrated in the feet causing injury. How the sole of a reputed make can get damaged self and can cause such an injury ? This speaks of poorest of the qualities.
