These are accurately weighed, affordable, and durable change plates. A great value compared to the big name brands. I use them for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. I would definitely buy this brand again, and I wish they made full size plates!

Put on my food scale on happy to say they are accurate. does the job and nice at holding other weights in place due to the rubber. Don't be surprised if it scuffs up though and gets black skid marks, it's expected on white.
