- Men's Endorphin Shift 3 Running Shoes

I have mild flat feet and suffer a lot with patellar tendonitis. I run the risk with getting AI comments regarding these shoes and the AI responded that these are highly effective for my situation if used with orthotics. So I jumped and purchased them, place them my orthotics insoles and just like that, I got a great looking pair of shoes that are very comfortable, breathable and without suffering any pain. I use them only for walking, I have to clarify. Price couldn't be better, the fit even with my insoles is very nice.

Great training shoe. I didn't like them initially, but they grew on me. They hold up for a lot of miles, are kind to my feet, have a low drop, and have more stability than the Pro model. Price is reasonable if you can get an older model. I wouldn't buy white again though - they got immediately dirty.

Overall, these are well-made and comfortable shoes. This is my second time buying from this series, so I already had high expectations. I'm giving them 4 stars because, while they're still very comfortable, they don't feel quite as good as the 21st generation that I previously owned. That said, they're still significantly more comfortable than the 18th generation that I bought later at a discounted price. The biggest advantage of this version is the excellent lockdown. The new nylon knit upper wraps around the foot very well. However, for me, it feels a little too tight across the top of my foot, creating more pressure than I'd like. I may need to order the Wide version next time. Another downside is that the heel collar is a bit too low, so the shoes don't lock my heel in as securely as I'd prefer, and I occasionally experience some heel slippage. Personally, I still prefer the 21st generation. It used a more traditional upper material, which felt softer and more natural without the overly restrictive sensation of the new nylon material. As for the 18th generation, I honestly can't recommend it, even at a discounted price. The midsole is simply too firm, making it uncomfortable for extended wear. The only reason I didn't return mine was because I had already worn them. Now they just sit in the shoebox as a backup pair. Overall, if I had to rank the three generations, my order would be: 21st generation first, this version second, and the 18th generation last. Even on sale, I wouldn't recommend the 18th generation.

I had my ankle joint replaced and when I could start walking without the boot, I needed something with lots of cushioning because my 2 year old Brooks Adrenaline grs 22s weren’t comfortable enough anymore at that point. I had always been told by my orthapedic surgeon that there are 4 brands you should turn to when you need shoes that are backed by a lot of science. Asics,, Brooks, New Balance and Sauconys. I had my eye in the Sauconys for a while because they seemed to have the most likeable color ways to choose from and they were the most affordable on Amazon out of the 4 choices! Research lead me to the Saucony Shift 3s. I actually purchased a pair of the Black and gold with white sole and they were so comfortable! I could actually feel the insoles give a little bit with each step. But then Im a real big guy. It was like walking on a pair of clouds! I thought I had a new goto sneaker but then I found out that Saucony is discontinuing the Endorphin Shifts! So I purchased a pair of the red ones, and then these.I also decided to test the waters in a pair of the Miles To Go color way Ride 15s and to my surprise they are just as comfortable! I also purchssed a pair of the Shifts for my wife and I just ordered us each a pair of the Kinvara 14s Because they went on a 40% off sale and they look awesome! I have been a Brooks man for many years but although I still love them, Sauconys are my new go to for great running shoes under $100!

This is not only my favorite running shoe but my favorite shoe I've ever owned in 53 years. After one pair was retired from running with almost 550 incredible miles I had it become my new favorite every day sneaker. It should last me years. It has a rare mix of cushioning and support but it's not too heavy. Some max cushion running shoes are heavy, and this one is a little heavier than many others, I don't recommend it for speedwork or races unless you are going slow, but this one isn't too heavy. After so many miles the cushioning is still great. In fact I wanted to keep running on it but all my friends said I'm nuts. I've bought extra pairs since the 3 version is discontinued but I look forward to another 550 miles on these new ones. I have tiny feet, narrow at the heel with incredibly high arches and they have fit me better than any other shoe.

Great fitting shoe sadly the left shoe had sewing issues near the left corner wear bottom lace begins rippling the sneaker sideway across making it feel and look awkward The right shoes was perfect I’m gonna try again in hopes this is not a left shoe issue running through buyers ? AFTER FIVE ATTEMPTS I FINALLY GOT A PAIR THAT WASNT USED OR DEFECTIVE NICE SNEAKER Maker knows it was boxed like that

Wow I really like the Saucony Endorphin Shift 3. I wore Saucony Triumph a couple years back, and I thought they were fantastic shoes for a neutral runner, however I switched to NB 1080s the last couple of years when Saucony changed the toe box design and the shoe became too tight. My current running shoe, the NB 1080 v12 started to give me shin pain, so I decided to try the Endorphin Shifts 3 and I am so glad I did. I could feel the cushioning when I tried them on and went for a run. Running in these shoes was great for me, I no longer experience shin pain. The only nitpick is the Endorphin 3 do feel like a large shoe, but I think that is the tradeoff when you run in a highly cushioned shoe. I also bought a pair of Triumph 20's at the same time, the 20's no longer have the toe box issues I experienced a couple of years back. They are both excellent cushioned shoes, the main different is the Endorphin 3 seem a little more plush and cushioned. For folks who run in NB and are considering the Saucony's, I also found the size really similar to the NB 1080s and the toe box was not tight like the earlier version of the Saucony Triumphs from a couple of year back. Overall, if you are a neutral runner looking for some cushioning, I highly recommend the Endorphin Shift 3.

Sono un runner da 7000 km annuali Uso questa scarpa per corse lunghe lente Ottima soprattutto per coloro che pesano più di 80 kg ed hanno un appoggio neutro Unica pecca, come quasi tutte le saucony,la tomaia,che intorno ai 400 km inizia a rompersi e in molti casi si usura a livello dell' alluce Io però ne ho comprato un altro paio perche per quel tipo di corsa è ottima Una pantofola!!!
