I use these wormwood patches regularly to help heal up my knees after a day of walking. They allowed me to do a dream trip this summer to Alaska. They have a slight heating sensation and are very comforting. Peeling them off the backing is tricky but not impossible. Once they start they. Are easy to place and stay in place until removed. They come off the skin without harm. There is only a slight scent. I have only used these patches on my knees but after reading the reviews I will try them in other areas of concern...
