This is a great product. The cup is sturdy and of good quality, the logo I uploaded looks great, and the items were created, shipped, and delivered within a few days. I'm pleased with the quality and customer service. My only dissatisfaction is really a personal mistake. When I uploaded my logo, I assumed it would be the same color. However, if you are purchasing this item and uploading your own logo, make sure you select the color you want under "font color". There are not many options, but it will default to black if you don't specify!! My design was a greenish-blue color, but it turned out black. Again, this is my own mistake and not the fault of the seller. I just want others to learn from my mistake!
