Cute little shed
I had originally ordered another shed from another vendor, and on the day it was supposed to arrive, the vendor canceled the order. Thankfully I found this one that was very similar, and it arrived within a few days. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Instructions weren't hugely helpful but I've put together enough things like this to be able to decipher them. I put it together in about an hour. One of the screw holes was in a bad place (went right through where another screw was) and the piece that was supposed to be staples in the top of the peak fell off, but that is easy enough to glue back together. The only real complaint I have is that the main body is too short for most of my yard tools with handles-the primary reason I bought it. I ended up cutting the top shelf off about 4" so I could stick the handles through and that seems to work just fine. I also left the bottom 1/2 shelf out because it didn't leave enough room for my little BBQ, and attached it to the outside which is perfect to set the bin that holds my hammock.Happy with my purchase, and if I had it to do over again, I'd buy it a lot sooner!

Fantastic little shed for the price
Overall, this is a great tiny structure to organize some tools and shelter them from bird poop and sun.Pros:* Well packed & complete. Nothing missing (came with extras of almost all hardware) and no shipping damage.* As sturdy as it needs to be. I don't expect this shed to last more than 5-10 years in the California sun. If you're ambitious, it could probably could be improved with glue on most joints (construction adhesive, polyurethane, or waterproof PVA).* Design and construction procedure is well thought out. Everything made sense as we built.Cons:* Instruction illustrations are a bit vague. Make sure back bottom panel has the ledge for the bottom floor on the inside of the shed. Ask me how I know…* The main section of the shed is too short to hold full-size tools. Our solution was to prop up the floor of the top section (part B on our instructions) as far as it can go. You might consider leaving the top floor out if you want to store full-size tools.* Procedure for building the door from two panels is awkward. We threw the pieces across 3 saw horses and used clamps to keep everything aligned.* As you're building, dowel and hole alignment means some of the panels require some persuading with a rubber mallet or deadblow hammer. Nothing dramatic.* Screws are super cheap with off-center heads, bent shafts, and easily stripped (be careful with power tools, use the correct size bit). That said, we got everything together and tight. Just took more attention than usual.

Adorable but flimsy
This shed is the perfect size for what I needed. Assembly was difficult for 1 person to do. Additional screws needed to properly support. Highly recommend additional screws on the door supports so it doesn’t fall apart.

Needs common sense building skills
I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews on how hard it was to put together. However, cute garden storage for a great price, I couldn't pass it up. I am female with building skills because my dad was a contractor and taught me. I put it together all by myself took me a few hrs. A couple of the roof pieces cracked during shipping but nothing i couldn't fix with wood glue. I recommend having a hammer, power drill, and common sense building skills because the directions are not very detailed. Build it on a solid level surface or you'll have a hard time making it square. I recommend it!

Decent product, poor assembly experience
I'm fairly unimpressed with this product. The finish is poor and splotchy. The fit is a bit off in places. It needed quite a bit of sanding (gloves recommended for opening the box and removing the pieces).I thought the instructions were poorly written and illustrated. Only a few of my pieces had labels, unsure how common that is. Hopefully yours comes with more labeling. Here are some construction tips:Step 1: Combine H1/I1 and H2/I2 (see attached photos). Stop there and leave G1/2 (the roof) alone. Be sure not to confused H2 with N; the way it's drawn is deceptive. One of my roof pieces needed the roofing material stapled on, the factory missed a side.Step 2: Piece L is illustrated as having zig-zagging holes to guide the screws. Mine were aligned.Step 3: Pieces 7 and 9 are hinges to hold other parts in place (a little worktable). Over-tighten the screw just ever-so-slightly, back it out a wee bit, back in, and then back out. It should swing freely without the screw rotating. Use this same approach with the other steps that utilize pieces 7, 8, or 9.Step 5: There are two D2 pieces, but one has screw-hole guides. Place the screw-guide part on the bottom. Screw it in with spare screws you have laying around, they do not include screws for this piece.Step 6: My dowel-holes were misaligned. A mallet and clamps helped greatly (see photos).Step 7: Place your tools inside the little shed. My shovel and rake did not fit until I removed [the second, no screw-hole] piece M. Don't put it in if you don't need it, removing it later can be difficult. Checking the fit now is a good idea.Step 8: Use shims to give you a gap at the bottom and sides to the front door. Piece 10 is good for this, and/or the cardboard box that came with the product (see photos).Step 9: Here is where we complete Step 1. The roof pieces will fit nicely. The little wood trim on the top goes to the rear of the shed. The H/I pieces can be placed more intuitively; screw into place (see photos). A second person is very handy for this step. Don't miss the tiny, pre-drilled screw-holes on the roof. The second person was able to push the back of the shed flush with the roofing, which helped greatly."Step 11": I put a poly-coat finish on the shed. It spread the splotchy factory finish around nicely and it ended up looking much better, and I bet it's more robust. Some assembly required! Tools used: sanding block, vice grip, mallet, clamps (x2), drill, staple gun, poly-coat. Much more time required than I would have liked given the price. Other small sheds, doghouses, etc. that I've purchased fit together better, with a higher quality finish. I gave this two stars, but I would like to be able to give it 2.5 stars. The final product seems fine enough but I was disappointed with the quality control from the factory.
