Great product I’ve always wanted a pool and did a lot of window shopping before settling for this one. It was a great price and it comes with so much stuff. Assembly is very simple which is great when you have kids under foot. It was so easy to smooth out the bottom while filling. Hardest part was the ladder.

This was the best purchased of my life , for starters I got it on sale and even after looking at the reviews I was a little skeptic about it because most people apparently have had leakage issues, but thankfully not me, we did burry about a foot of it for more stability. It came with all the perks, cover, liner, filter, vacuum. It was also fairly easy to assemble, I think the hardest part was to put the cover on, we had to put it on with 4 people, but overall, great great product, RECOMMEND 100%

Got in may filled hole in bottom. Drained fixed with patch worked. Then today June seams started to leak 3 different spots. Called company One Customer Service person Enrique told me thats a concern and will just keep expanding. Another Customer Service tells me we are going to send ten more patches. So this pool holds 4000 gallons of water ok so patches instead of a new liner is what I get. I told the lady if this pool gives way when my Grand kids are in it you will be hearing from a lawyer.Her response ok we will send patches to see if it fixes the issue, Guess they don't care about kids safety at all. So I paid almost 500.00 dollars for this pool so please do not buy from this company for the safety of your kids. I sent pics of the leaks to them and all I get is patches. So yet again I have to drain 4000 gallons of water and take a chance of it not ripping open. What a bunch of bull crap.

Easy to set up, holds water, had a small hole in it but I was able to fix it with flex tape.

I've always gotten my kids a kiddie pool or slide for the summer, but at 7&9 they needed something bigger. We aren't ready to invest in a big above ground or in ground pool, so I thought this was a good practice pool since it has a filter and needs chlorine, etc. The 14ft was affordable enough to try it out. My husband did take the extra step to scrape the top soil and add $100 worth of sand to make a clean level surface. He set the pool up by himself and was done in a couple hours. We've had it up about two weeks maybe, no problems. The liner feels sturdy and is a nice pattern. Ladder is sturdy, although it's awkward for adults. Rim feels sturdy enough. I was happy and surprised that they also sent a vacuum attachment, net and brush. The 14ft is plenty big enough for the 2 kids and 1 adult. Probably not big enough for more than 4 people to enjoy at once, I just didn't have room for the larger one in the space I wanted to have it. I'm happy with the the quality and the kids have been even happier with it than I thought.

Deeper than the pictures look. I wish I would have gotten a wider one but looks like it is made out of quality material and super easy to assemble. Good for my fam. My 9 year old is perfect size for it and my 2 year old loves floating around in there

So far so good, no issues, easy to put up like 30 minutes no leaks so far filter working good.

Just bought this pool in middle of March. Just now opened it halfway full and got a leak right at the bottom of the seam.
