Blacks out
Wanted to cover a sliding glass door in my living room and this is perfect. Looks good, no light coming in or out. I have had it for a few months now and it has not curled. Easy to install, I did it myself.

BEWARE PLEASE READ
I don’t make many reviews, but when it do, it’s because it’s totally necessary. This has got to be some of the cheapest stuff I’ve ever worked with. The tools included either don’t fit together properly or are dull. The squeegee tool falls apart to the point where you cannot get enough pressure on the film to make it do anything. The knife is extremely dull and just creates tears in the film. The film itself was cut crooked and off the rip I had part of the edges of my glass that weren’t covered. I worked on trying to make this film work for over 2 hours before I decided I was mad enough to tear it off, walk away, and create this review. Disappointed is an under exaggerated of what I feel at the moment. As simple as it is to apply tint to a window, this stuff was a nightmare that ended up not working at all. Bubbles were everywhere and refused to disperse. No matter how much soap and water applied it was an overall disaster. Do not recommend buying this product whatsoever.

10/10 would recommend for home use
The film is actually very forgiving which I appreciate.Bought for privacy reasons plus didn’t want to purchase curtains and rods so this was my alternative. Best pro so far is that it reduces the heat in the room!Tools the kit came with are efficient and really does the job. I like this kit and would purchase again. Can’t show what it looks like on the outside because it is on an upstairs window , sorry.I just finished installation and am writing the review right after and it works fast in reducing heat. It’s HOT this 2024 summer Never tinted anything in my life but installation wasn’t as bad as I expected, definitely need to take your time though and don’t give up. I was struggling to do by myself and the film would stick to itself but it is very forgiving and you can just unravel it and it’s fine. I luckily had my own spray bottle, I honestly think the one it comes with wouldn’t do anything lol it’s so small but I understand why it is. I’d keep a bowl or cup of soapy water mixture by you to refill the spray bottle if you don’t have your own.

No issues
Amazing product never had. Aissue but not the easiest to install once on though never came off on it's own just a little peeling over long periods of time.

Too sticky.. Easy to ruin.
Very easy to cut and easy to install as long as you’re extremely careful. once the protective film is removed You have to be very careful because if it sticks to itself, it’s completely over.

I'll update AFTER I see how good this is
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a window film to darken my rooms, instead I found this. Plus I'm upstairs, I don't mind the heat. I just wanted to be able to see out my windows. I read the reviews, I was scared cuz I'm the ONLY person doing this. I'm seriously proud of myself over this 😊 I suppose 2 people would be ok, it's just me. So I HAVE no choice but to do it myself, I thought this through many times. Had this all figured out how I was gonna do it, till I put the film up against the window to see how it fit. To my surprise, it fit good & my plan would work. I ey the window down like I was suppose to, I peeled the clear plastic away & it stuck. ..... Like that's it, I had to peel it away(which is the HARDEST) part. Once I figured out how to do this, which.... Is easy, I was good. Wet down the window, till water is running down the window. Then carefully put the film on it, y'all don't need 2 people. There will be bubbles, don't worry bout them. Make sure it fits the way y'all want it to, then cut the film of the roll ....... Yes, I left mine in the roll to see how it fit. It worked great, my ONLY complaint is there isn't enough on that roll to do ALL my windows. I got 1 frame done, I had to order 5 more rolls for my other windows. That's ok, I'm gonna see this afternoon how good this stuff is. I'm out proud of myself for doing things that according to society "y'all need a guy in y'all life" no I don't. I can do this ALL by myself, I've been self sufficient since I was a kid. I'm 53, I did the exact opposite of what every review said to do. I'm not a perfectionist, I'm germophic. I will make sure no bubbles are left by the end of the day. I'm pretty happy with this, so far 😊 by the by, I live in Oklahoma where it's 110 out right now. So if this helps with keeping my upstairs unit cool & runs my air less (which is set to 80) then I'll be happy. UPDATE::::::::: I went through & fixed them so they don't over lap, it wasn't that bad. It took me a minute, but y'all can still do this even with 1 person. I'm no where near perfectionist, if y'all get the window wet enough (good luck on this, as y'all are spraying it's drying 🤦 it can be done. Maybe NOT in 110 heat) I got them done, I'll tape the corners down cuz that's what it is driving me crazy. Even on the 1s I didn't redo, that's ok. I'll tape them down, other then that...... The sun is on me yet I don't feel the heat, I like being able to see outside. I like that my air isn't running constantly. This was worth the price, I got it on sale plus click the 6% discount & it was only $9.99......a roll, that's not bad. I got 5 more rolls, so I have extra. I'm working on getting an ESA & service dog, I'll see next year how they handle this. If need be I'll UPDATE on that too. 😊 I will buy again if I need more

Excellent Privacy
Application to my windows was easy and with no issues with bubbles. Intensity of light and heat coming through the window is substantially reduced, and it remains impossible to see inside even during night and with lights on inside. Looks great and quality is as expected.

Blocks out light but hard to work with
It was a pain to work with. Ive done this dozens of times in every house we've lived it and my friends houses and this by far was the worst to work with. My niece wanted a space theme and while this fits the bill it was awful to put on. Also its sticky adhesive type not the static type which was no problem but I wont by this brand again.
