Best AC in its classIt’s air flow is very good distance covers 20 feet and my 400 sq ft hall cools very fastI m installed in march after one month I write a review in April 42 degree temperature it’s cooling is superior than other AC like Samsung lg voltas hitachiAnd it’s sound less no noise is heardRemote is very classyIt’s electricity consumption is lowMust buy 5 star recommended

I liked that I did not have to depend on a male member from my family for the purchase, delivery or installation. However, the IFB Customer Service was poor. Despite my request, the instalment engineer forced installation on a day when I was not home. Water leaks inside my room. I asked and he made a false promise.

This is by far the best ac I have ever bought compared to all other brands I bought earlier like Voltas,Samsung,Hitachi,Mitshubhisi heavy industries ,the build quality of the condenser nd cooling coil is like Military grade,thanks IFB team for such an awesome product ,received all the items as mentioned,Delivery and installed the same day ,highly trained and helpful technicians for fitting from IFB . Guys don’t think just go for it u will not repent for your decision. Cools the room within 5 minutes better tha Mitshubhish heavy industries ac.

As a loyal customer of IFB, I had high hopes for their air conditioner. However, my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the installation delay. Despite the reputation of the brand for quality and efficiency, the installation process turned into a nightmare.The delay in installation not only inconvenienced me but also tarnished my perception of the brand. I expected a seamless and prompt service, but instead, I was left waiting for days without any clear communication or updates regarding the delay.While the air conditioner itself may meet the expected standards of cooling and energy efficiency, the frustration and disappointment caused by the installation delay overshadowed any positive aspects. As a result, I cannot recommend IFB air conditioners based on my overall experience.

Dont buy this product... After using it for an year.. I can certainly say that.. LEd light system is not working.. there is gas leakage issue.. and their technician are not competent enough to understand the product itself... Very worst experience... I complain many a times.. but there is no response from them.. their services are very poor..

Today only this ac installed and I have noticed few cons on this AC which is pretty deal breaker.1. No water pipe for AC , you have to buy it Rs.30/Meter.2. No stand it there as it is buy from Amazon, I would suggest check out your local dealer, other wise price for it Rs. 10003. There is no remote holder in the box, where other company provides4. Installation team is totally unprofessional.5. Noise level is 39db which is higher than other brand like LG, Samsung, Voltas etc6. Quality of the remote and pcb is not good7. No features for power saving mode8. No heat modeSummary is , this AC is Awesome for cooling no doubt but features are too less which is very bad for this IFB brand. At this price point I would suggest go with Voltas , Hitachi , LG or Samsung.
