Great design and does exactly as displayed and described. You can make flavourful chai/ tea and with the kettle infuser it gets even more easier as it filters the tea leaves as well as any other favouring spices that we may add to our morning or evening cuppa. Great product. The glass is very delicate but if you handle it right you’re all set.

The kettle is elegant and works really well. The only concern I faced was that as the filter was high I could make 3or more cups of tea. One or two cups was difficult. Plus the lid and filter would keep tilting while pouring...if it had something to hold it on it would be great.. as the tea is hot it got difficult to hold the lid while pouring. So I would remove the filter and lid and then pour it

For a nuclear family who wants hassle free tea with less mess this product is good to go.
