Its been holding my license plate! great product!
Its been 2 years since i purchased this and installed on my jeep with winch and must say it has been useful and made it easy to gain access to my winch without having to modify anything for my plate. Easy installation and solid product there has been no oxidation. I did switch the screws it came for stainless steel ones just to make sure it lasted even more.

Heavy, fit with Warn Fairlead
Nice product. Seems heavy duty and it fit seamlessly on my Warn winch fairlead. It came with all the hardware to attach to the fairlead and even included license plate bolts/nuts. It will be easy to remove when I go off roading.

Exactly what I needed
Unfortunately my state requires a front license plate and the only alternative without something like this is to drill holes in the bumper. Using the winch slot prevents this perfectly. The license mount allows for continued use of your fairlead without needing new bolts. Looks great and is sturdy. Didn’t want the flip style as I felt the simple pivot would rust over time blocking access to my winch.

Get some LONG bolts to use in installation, as it will need to be frame mounted
I like it very much now that it's finally installed. Installation was a PITA. Front bumper, skid plate, and probably some other stuff had to be dismounted to get it this cover on. We wouldn't have bothered except that our state requires a front plate, and there was no easy place to mount it. I didn't want to spend the rest of my life driving with the license plate on the dash and interfering with visibility. After dismantling a lot of stuff, mounting the cover, and putting everything back where it belonged, it looks good, is functional, and holds the license plate in the correct position. Special order the mounting bolts you will likely need BEFORE you start this project. The ones that were part of the order were useless. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CG29JCSC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details fit our installation. That doesn't mean they'll be right for YOUR rig. By the way, order two sets of whatever you decide will fit. This will guarantee that you'll never ever need them, but if you only have one set, one will shear, or fail in some way. Besides, they are nice bolts. You need an assortment of nice bolts in your Jeep. It will placate the parts gods.

Solid Construction
Bought this on sale and didn't have a lot of high expectations. I was stunned by the quality of the build. It's much beefier than I expect just to hold a license plate. There may be cheaper options out there but I can honestly say this one is worth the money. Easy install (90 degree flip option) over the roller fairlead. Looks and feels extremely solid.

Not Compatible
Did not fit around fairlead on warn winch bumper. It was too small and incompatible.

Works well with my warn winch.
Works pretty well with my warn winch. Unfortunately I need a front license plate in my state. This made things work out.
