Due to technical difficulties on the part of UPS my order was late. I reached out to John and he responded immediately. He ensured the order was fulfilled and included an additional jar of honey. Their product is one of the riches tasting, smooth and delicious honeys I've ever tasted, bar none! The deep Amber color and honeycomb added to the presentation of their product. This was a gift. Recipient was surprised that there was bees' wax in jar--she did't know you could get honey that way.

5 stars since its not normal honey, but it does have a sourness to it. some people may like it, im not a fan.
