Brilliant tasting coffee at the touch of a button. I’ve waited to do this review until after the first clean and descale. It’s all unbelievably easy. The manual is very clear and easy to follow. I’ve chosen to use the machine only for black coffee to reduce cleaning and maintenance but that’s my choice. I use my favourite Italian espresso coffee beans and the taste, for me, is better than most coffee that I buy when out walking. I had a traditional coffee machine before this bean to cup machine and everything is so much easier including the descaling and cleaning. Love it.

This machine makes pretty good coffee - I also own a delonghi bean to cup machine (Ecam 21.110) which is fine and so much more customisable but the actual coffee is not quite as good as this.Just to add my 5 cents to the intermittent frothing problem this machine has - its super important to clean the additional small hole near the top of the detachable frothing spout it can literally get blocked after making one frothed milk. The hole is tiny and you may not even spot it if its already blocked - but it is there. I blow down the top of the main tube with my finger over the bottom of the tube to ensure air is escaping from the small hole near the top of the tube (see photo).**Update - Where the frother tube mates with the main machine is also a troublespot which will prevent the frother working properly. Eventually crustated milk will form at this point and will need to be removed - I used a cheap toothbrush to scrub off the milk and everything worked fine again.As far as the complaints about the coffee temperature - If you are adding frothed milk you can extend the frothing time so that your beverage is more than hot enough.

So nice for that perfect coffee in the morning and great when friends come to give a choice on hot drinks. So easy to operate and clean.

So excited to receive this and it looks sleek and classy, plus it promises easy delicious coffee at the touch of a button.Sadly unable to even try this as it has arrived damaged and without a water filter. So guessing it is all down to me to navigate returning or working out how to get a replacement. I am extremely disappointed.

bought in october 2021, nice stylish easy to use bean to cup machine, with a menu of latte, cappuchino, espresso and cafe crema, all with 3 strength settings, but here's the rub.. 3 months in brewing unit failled, 7 months in brewing unit failed again, 10 months in brewing unit failed for a 3rd time and after 18 months the brewing unit and pump failed, that as they say is when we said our farewells. i'll find another way to make coffee. soory but I cannot recomment this bean to cup at all.
