Heat doesn't last
I was enjoying this product, but within a few weeks the heat stopped. I tried setting it in the sun, as I had seen on a site, but the heat was not restored. I continue to use hoping the magnets have some effect.

This product came with no information. Wish it was washable because it has a very strong chemical smell. I've only used once and felt some relief.

I was really hoping this would work. Worked the first time I used it. Tried it numerous times after. Never worked again. Don't waste your money.

Horrible chemical smell to this product!
I returned this product because of the chemical smell! Was really strong and probably not safe to be breathing! Unfortunate because magnet therapy really works for me.

For the money, it works if you use it right!
as stated, no instructions, and if left to the pictures to figure out how to wear it correctly, you'd think it would be with magnets OUT, but they need to be IN touching the skin to work. Only 1 of the pictures with 3 inset shows the shiny side soft side out, which is correct. I bought this for 13 magnets to replace one I'd already tried with only 4, and this one got my neck hotter quick fast, to the point I finally had to remove it, but my neck pain subsided quite nicely. No real extreme smell for me either than concerns others.
